She dodnt believe me so went to check (may have been checking price) came back and took a while to just take the water off . I had several drinks you would think she would ask if I needed a bag( had 4) i had to ask her and she put 2 in bag and handed me the bag. I hope it was just an off night for her! DO NOT BUY THE CARWASH…read more Why do they sell car washes at the pump when there is no car wash onsite??? It was a big building so we assumed it was in the back It wasn't. They said we could use the credit at another station that had a car wash. We drove to the next OnCue, NO CAR WASH. I google it, and their website says they don't have car washes. Imagine my surprise. Looking into it further, they have 3rd party car washes at some locations, but THEY DONT GIVE YOU THE STREET ADDRESS TO MAP THEM!!! We drive back to original OnCue, getting a car wash from Charlie's on the way. Asked for a refund. They obliged, but had to wait a bit for the manager to process the refund. Probably won't use OnCue again. Fool me once...

The next time again there was only one cashier and a lot of people and the store was a mess and there was no convenience about this store. very dirty and again ended up leaving empty-handed. Then today wanted to yet try to get a cappuccino and went into a full house but two cashiers, but they were out of cappuccino in the machine and the cashier was on a personal phone call at the register. I went in to get gas and had to…read morewait inline because the self-check out systems were down at the moment, so one of the cashier ladies came to help, I stepped up and I wanted to use my points( the kickback system was down too) I asked her if we could see if it would work her response was "no it'll freeze the system" she said it rude and huffed "I guess we can try it anyway and scanned my phone" then she pushed the credit button and I told her "I have cash" my friend handed her the money and we got $5 back she threw it on the counter then I asked for my receipt she did give me the receipt in my hand and then I asked her what is her name, she didn't want to tell me, her exact response was "I'm not telling you my name" while covering up her name-tag, I seen it before I asked and told her I worked for the company and told her I was going to speak to her GM when I get the chance to do so.

I've never been so confused at a fueling station. Race fuel, ethanol, no ethanol, 10%…read more ethanol... OMG, we just need regular unleaded gas. Fortunately a kind local helped us put the right fuel in our car. Not sure if all these options are available at all stations in Oklahoma.. but my brain hurts lol. Gotta love the low gas prices! $2.85 a gallon woohoo!
