I went in to get gas and had to…read morewait inline because the self-check out systems were down at the moment, so one of the cashier ladies came to help, I stepped up and I wanted to use my points( the kickback system was down too) I asked her if we could see if it would work her response was "no it'll freeze the system" she said it rude and huffed "I guess we can try it anyway and scanned my phone" then she pushed the credit button and I told her "I have cash" my friend handed her the money and we got $5 back she threw it on the counter then I asked for my receipt she did give me the receipt in my hand and then I asked her what is her name, she didn't want to tell me, her exact response was "I'm not telling you my name" while covering up her name-tag, I seen it before I asked and told her I worked for the company and told her I was going to speak to her GM when I get the chance to do so.

I had the "Breakfast burrito" which was sausage, potato and egg, very good, the Mexican burrito is real good also, its made with sausage, Jalapeno, fried tortilla chips and egg. They serve it with home made salsa - your choice of mild or hot. The burritos are $3.50. They also have tamales, I haven't tried one but I heard they were good. So this is one of those win - win places - fill up your gas tank and your hunger tank.

I went in today and I only had 2 $1 bills and about $10 in quarters, not pennies or dimes, and I was told "I am full up on change, I can't take", in a very thick accent. I was in this store 5+ days a week mind you. It felt like a spit in the face. I will never go back. I'll drive 3 miles out of my way now to avoid this station and get 100% gas, for a few pennies cheaper even.

This has to be the worst Circle K car wash in existence today on earth…read more I pull up get gas & a car wash. In a rush & not paying attention, I got the ultimate car wash. Here it's a whopping $18 bucks. I drove round to the car wash & went thru, it only took like 3 mins tops. I pull back round to the front & get out & look at my car & it looks like I just drove thru Pompeii during a mudslide & volcanic eruption. It just smeared the dirt all over, didn't clean it at all. In fact, it looked worse than b4 I got the car wash! My car looked like dispersal Circle K.rap. !!!! To add insult to injury, seeing only RED, I went inside to pee & the bathroom was a complete disaster! I started looking around & it was filthy, trash on the floor & then, THEN.... a man walks in & uses the urinal on the wall. All I asked for was two drinks and two Swisher packets. She charged me for it, gave me my Swisher packets, and as soon as I turn my head to grab the drinks, she's already walking away again and completely disappears while I am knocking on the window for her to come back After about eight minutes. Nobody still comes back. I knock on the window again, still nothing. I had to go and park go inside and as I'm walking inside, she was walking from the restroom back to the drive-through window. I told her she forgot to give you my drinks and she said I'm sorry I had to use the restroom, which I completely understand. I have the worst bladder in the world, but I wanted to go through the drive-through so I did not have to get out of the vehicle. The girl lacked any empathy of caring for the customers seemed like she was kind of out of of it. I literally and the most understanding person I come from the service industry. The girl had pretty curled braided hair, beautiful, dark skin, beautiful girl, bad customer service. I told a very sweet lady upfront with long brown hair what happened. I just felt like I needed to make a review. I have never dealt with that in a long time.

Had promotion for free water through app which was selected and I showed her. She dodnt believe me so went to check (may have been checking price) came back and took a while to just take the water off . I had several drinks you would think she would ask if I needed a bag( had 4) i had to ask her and she put 2 in bag and handed me the bag. I hope it was just an off night for her! Which i understand God Bless her and I hope she has a better day tomorrow
