Visited this store September 28th at 11:55am and ended up walking out of the store. Wanted to buy cigarettes and Christian told my wife he had to scan my ID and called my wife "sweetie " saying it was store policy to scan an ID even though we are both 50+. To begin with my wife isn't "sweetie " she is a professional woman with a name. I don't care if this is the south. Treat customers with deference and respect. I said it was ridiculous and pulled out my license. As he scanned it he said "well there are plenty of other places"....so we left. He was extremely rude and condescending. Yes there are plenty of other places so a different store received my business. read more

Not far off the interstate, pumps show their wear, but the gas prices are cheap at $1.49. This was a busy stop and had a lot of folks in and out at the mid afternoon hours. read more

We sometimes stop here for donuts for a fun treat for my toddler and family. The gas prices are usually comparable to the others in the area. The store is always clean and well lit. The reason for 3 stars and not more is the service. Every time I go into the store, I always end up waiting on the cashier to finish a conversation before being available to ring me up. The cashier is either talking to another cashier or on the phone (cell or store). I have been different times of the day and with differ shifts and most often the employees are too busy hanging out to ring up my purchases right away. read more

This gas station is always consistent. The pumps are wide apart, and spacious. The attendants aren't joyful, but the service is quick. Lets face it, we typically only go to a gas station for gas. The mere fact that we stop in and buy more products is a testament to the good design. The store seemed adequately stocked and closely resembled any other Kangaroo. Now, I didn't visit the restroom, and only stopped here to get gas and switch drivers since I was traveling back from a recent vacation. If this was any other rinky dink gas station, I probably wouldn't have stopped. This is a well run store. read more

Was in store this morning 8/7/18 at 5:14 am , cashier was to busy flirting with a customer beside me and nor paying attention, I said 2 times L&M shorts in green box, she gave me L&M Reds, put receipt as she handed me the L&M on top did not notice until I was at door, I had not left the store, I went back she said she had just got there it was not her, less than 3 min. had passed, she refused to exchange, said store policy, I asked for manager, he said it could not exchange them, told him he should tell his cashiers to pay attention, I asked for district store manager, it is the principle of the matter, what if she had short changed me or another customer, I do plan on taking this a little further with the Corporate compliance Officer, as she only enforcing a policy that should not matter, however there was a few young men, purchasing alcohol and tobacco she did not check their ID, she did not know these men as they were from another area, Policy say check ID on anyone that appears under 30, I know this as I have done Mystery Shops at t his location.. read more
