First time and we loved it, even bought some to take back home with us, great atmosphere we will return when visiting Alabama!

Music City Bagels is a cafe with breakfast sandwiches, lunch, smoothies, coffee, tea and a few desserts. The food is okay. I had the steak, egg & cheese on red pepper and mozzarella bagel. The sandwich was filling without making you feel stuffed. The bagel itself is delicious. The steak and eggs could have used a little seasoning. Service - The food came out fairly quickly and the cashier was nice. Atmosphere - There are a few tables available for dine in. The walls are lined with records, as the decor is music themed. I dropped a couple of stars for the Fox News propoganda on the TV disturbing my peace. Would be better to show a more neutral station since this is a place of business, or better yet just play music instead since the cafe is music-themed. I meant, it's in the title! read more

This was by far the best bagel we have had in the state of Alabama since we have been here. Let's start off with the hospitality, it was amazing. We were greeted by the owner himself on arrival and were thanked that we came! And was also curious of how we heard about this place. Staff: The staff he has working for him are professional, super polite and knowledgeable about there items they sell. Facility: super clean and tidy Bagels: fluffy and dense with a smooth soft bite. Great flavor. If I'm being picky, I like my bagels with a little more crunch on top and a little tougher bite. The wife for a salt bagel, deff needed some more salt on it. Cream cheese spreads: assortment of spreads with great flavor. Cream cheese is a little more dense than my personal liking. Our orders: steak, egg and cheese bagel with sun dried tomato cream cheese spreads on Asiago bagel. Con's: wasn't much steak in it and it was more small pieces of cheesesteak style meat cooked into the eggs. Sausage, egg and cheese on salt bagel. Con's: lack of salt on bagel and not much sausage. It was also cooked into the eggs. Jalapeño cheddar bagel with plain cream cheese. Overall: I would recommend to any bagel fan! Also, I forgot to snap a pic of the bagels but I can assure you they did not last long. The man himself said these bagels were good and we were certainly not let down! read more

This is an onsite made bagel shop that offers hot and cold sandwiches. They offer specials that include hash browns and a drink. They were very accommodating with my order. I always enjoy coming south for the hospitality, and this experience was no different. The decor is very country music retro, including an old jukebox. I loved the it. read more

Stopped by for a quick breakfast---delicious. I had the everything bagel with fried bologna and egg (it has a specialty name) and my daughter had a cheese bagel with veggie schmear. The texture of the bagels are 100% fabulous. So good I ordered the nova for my husband to go. See you again soon! read more

My fiance just moved to Oxford, & Music City Bagels was recommended for us to try. The restaurant itself is cool with service being great & cool decorations. The owner spoke to us & was super friendly. Then our sandwiches were amazing!! I would recommend to anyone. Also seems like they have a lot in the works: salads & soups for example. read more

Amazing! Will 100% return. Greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We didn't expect a sitting area but there is a very inviting dining area. As this was our first time here, the employee recommended the steak, egg, and cheese, which was amazing. The fresh bagels are unique and offer many different options. We also got the Cinnamon Crunch bagel with honey walnut cream cheese which was outstanding. Highly recommend and will absolutely be back! read more

We found this little gem on the way home from Auburn. A great bagel in Alabama, amazing! The bagels were great, the service was wonderful. while i love the food, i was disappointed this morning. when i ordered i asked for my bagel to be toasted. i received it and it felt cold, so i asked if was toasted and the workers said yes. when I got in my car and started to eat it was obvious it wasn't toasted at all. great food, but sad when you ask for something, clarify and the workers are dishonest. read more

This place is over priced. The very first visit and I get home with my lunch only to discover that the sandwich did not have the lettuce and tomato. I was asked if I wanted it and I said yes. So I paid $12 for a bagel with a few slices of Turkey, a slice of cheese, mayo and mustard. Not sure the lettuce and tomato would have made it any better. Not to mention the one worker that was friendly didn't get my order right. Wont be back read more

Amazing bagels! The owner, Aldo, is from up north and make authentic bagels and his own cream cheese fresh. Better than any other bagel you can get around here. You can't go wrong with any of the flavors or any of the bagel sandwiches. Go try them. You won't regret it. read more

Trust me, if you are anywhere remotely close to the area you will not want to skip this one .This is a real gem. First, these bagels are the real thing. This isn't some rubbery mass produced trash. These are fresh and baked in store. The owner was there the day we visited, as I feel he may be often. He was more than happy to tell us the history of the recipe and method he uses. The bagels were some of the best I've ever had, and I have had many a bagel from NYC proper. The staff was wonderful-everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, and everyone was willing to pipe up about their favorite items. Just so you know you can get either breakfast or lunch any time. My only regret was I was traveling through and unable to buy more to take home, as I found myself 18 hours later in my hotel room thinking about that bagel.... read more

So good! Very cute little breakfast/lunch spot with nice people and good food! We got the bacon egg and cheese bagel on an everything bagel, a french toast bagel, and the chicken chili. They give bagel chips with the soup that are made in house which were thin and crispy. Safe to say we ate it all in a matter of minutes! Looks like a new building is coming soon with a drive-through so stop on by! read more

So sitting at the hospital with my daughter on a Sunday, and he offered to bring us breakfast. I did an online order, through their website and of course paid for it. When he got there, they were closed! Fast forward, on Monday I had a voicemail stating they saw the order and was not sure why the system allowed it, but they would get it refunded, so they are aware of the issue. Over a week later and still no refund. I work, 7:30-4, and being on the phone is not easy for me. And with them knowing of the issue I saw no reason to stress over it. Guess I was wrong. read more

Stopped in off of I-20 on a road trip, and thought the place was terrific. Very much a local business, with a friendly crew and great food. The owner Aldo happened to be on site, and made us feel very welcome. The lox were terrific, as was the sandwich. The decor is pretty down-to-earth, but clean and well-maintained.
