The last two times I've had the misfortune of having to do business with her. I needed to separate my payments, in order to leave enough money on my card for other bills that I had to pay. So for that reason I needed to pay in cash and on card so I tried to explain to her, which one was which, and I wanted her to do it in a certain order, but she refused to pay attention I couldn't tell what you were saying because I had the air blower in my ear and she wasn't making effort for me to hear her either because she was so unapproachable and so miserable to be around. I instinctively just wanted to part ways and get over and done with so I cross my fingers and let her ring it up, and exactly what I was afraid of , she got em backwards. I was a little disgruntled. I looked at her. And said. told you! Which ones I need to rung that first! Then she told me which one she was ringing at first (but I couldn't hear that with the blower in my ear and with her barely speaking she wasn't even looking at me )and I tried telling her that I could barely understand what she was saying, and she insisted that she was speaking loud enough for me to hear. excuse me! shouldn't I be the judge of that ? Why wouldn't she just take the time to ring them up the way that would be would be best for me? So fast-forward to and here we are again today same exact thing. card, cash. she argues with me again I leave because it's getting ridiculous and she follows me outside! and yells at me to come back at 6 AM! when her shift ends challenging me to fight her! What is wrong with this picture I guess I won't be getting my gas here anymore.? I guess I won't be spending my 15 20 dollar snacks every other day here anymore

Parking was abundant, and the place was not too busy, so that was a plus. I walked in to a well stocked and clean store. I took my restroom break, and fortunately the restrooms were clean. I bought some iced tea, and proceeded to check out. There was a short line, but it went by fast, and I was on my way back home in no time. The crowd that comes here is so-so, but the experience overall was great.

Whatever, maybe she's jaded with some of the sketchy customers that come in. Maybe needs re-training. Just sketchy customer service leaves one to go elsewhere. Won't honor the deals on their app and lies about it. Just trash. Hope this reaches appropriate ownership of franchisee for better business practices. It's small for the amount. Asked for money back and left items at store. Ironic thing still got shorted for refund. I would let this pass giving her the benefit of the doubt. Today I walked to the fountain drink dispenser and found someone's pet cockroach.!!!! Also an employee takes buzzballs and packs of cigarettes without paying and saying that they were for her brother. That was about 2 weeks ago maybe less. This place is pretty clean for the most part and just lately had a face lift. I wish they pay more attention to the men's bathroom....smells like piss and it's on the floor.
