It's a shame, because local businesses thrive on positive interactions with their customers. Experiences like this make it much easier to understand why so many other coffee spots are opening throughout the AV and gaining loyal support. Like I said it was not her fault but the answer that she gave me that she needed me to bring the ribs back so that they could see them when I clearly sent a photo showing them. I told her I was not going to return the ribs so that she can resell them to someone else. At this point, I don't trust them. Where does customer service come first at this restaurant. All I wanted was them to give me credit for future ribs, but even if I had accepted that which they were not willing to do, unless I showed them a receipt and brought the ribs back.
