I've been coming here since I was 15.. I've always liked all of them. But now there's this one…read moregirl and she's very rude, and tries to intimidate and she always treats me with hostility. The last two times I've had the misfortune of having to do business with her. I needed to separate my payments, in order to leave enough money on my card for other bills that I had to pay. So for that reason I needed to pay in cash and on card so I tried to explain to her, which one was which, and I wanted her to do it in a certain order, but she refused to pay attention I couldn't tell what you were saying because I had the air blower in my ear and she wasn't making effort for me to hear her either because she was so unapproachable and so miserable to be around. I instinctively just wanted to part ways and get over and done with so I cross my fingers and let her ring it up, and exactly what I was afraid of , she got em backwards. I was a little disgruntled. I looked at her. And said. told you! Which ones I need to rung that first! Then she told me which one she was ringing at first (but I couldn't hear that with the blower in my ear and with her barely speaking she wasn't even looking at me )and I tried telling her that I could barely understand what she was saying, and she insisted that she was speaking loud enough for me to hear. excuse me! shouldn't I be the judge of that ? Why wouldn't she just take the time to ring them up the way that would be would be best for me? So fast-forward to and here we are again today same exact thing. card, cash. she argues with me again I leave because it's getting ridiculous and she follows me outside! and yells at me to come back at 6 AM! when her shift ends challenging me to fight her! What is wrong with this picture I guess I won't be getting my gas here anymore.? I guess I won't be spending my 15 20 dollar snacks every other day here anymore

To top it off, 3 days to get a 5 day supply and told the rest will be available in 10 days... I guess I'll just take half the medication prescribed!!! The one thing I do find infuriating is they will on an occasion just cancel a refill with no explanation besides call if you want... my feeling on having to call is I probably should just call CVS instead.

Since that time, I have noticed a shocking change in the pharmacy. To save time, I started using the drive thru. On 6/12/2026, I was second in line, and as it was thanking a long time I went inside, thinking and believing, I could pick-up my eye drops and head home. Once inside, I immediately noticed the floors were spotted with stains. Then, at the counter, I discerned there was only one individual servicing the drive thru customers, while at the same time servicing the customers standing in line. After I had been asked my name, date of birth, and address, the young lady alerted the pharmacist to give me instructions on applying eye drops, which I declined, especially since there was a consultation window available for customers who needed help. I readily admit the staffing of the pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired, for I have encountered the pharmacy fully staffed, and the individuals were merely standing around doing absolutely nothing. Then, on 6/12/2026, there was one servicing the drive thru window customers, while helping the customers at the counter. The pharmacists stopped filling prescriptions to instruct me how to apply eyedrops. It is totally absent arrogance when I admit I have a BA in English Literature, and I am published, mystery writer whose books are being adapted for film. I say this to say I hardly need instructions on using eyedrops. Most all of my prescriptions are filled by this pharmacy, which will immediately be stopped, for I will endeavor to find a more efficient pharmacy. The cleanliness of the pharmacy vests solely with the manager. I have absolutely no idea who hires the pharmacy personnel, but I do strongly suggest this individual reconsider those who have been hired. Finally, I adamantly recommend the hiring individual reevaluate the entire hiring process.
