The lack of urgency and poor communication made the wait even more frustrating. I understand that restaurants can have busy moments, but waiting nearly an hour for basic menu items is unacceptable. This location needs significant improvements in efficiency, customer service, and food quality if they want people to return. I will be considering other options in the future, as "fast" food should actually be fast.
