So I will at least try to not be biased. Their parking lot...- nightmare. I know, I know... but Im being 100% truthful. It has a weird traffic pattern. People zoom around in it. As if thats not enough to deter me from coming here regularly....The spots are narrow, the traffic lanes are also narrow. My biggest objection: half of it is on an incline (poor grading of a grocery parking lot) why donInsay poor? Well, carts roll around down the incline and cars gets dinged. My car has been dinged here from carts and doors when I dont park far far away. Tip: park closer to the mall and walk a bit further... as strangely that part of the center doesn't use carts and some reason they made it nice and level. Go figure. So weird. The store itself... a typical Kroger. This store: Their tea assortment is limited. Seasonal aisle also limited. Their produce is nice, meat/seafood department was just setting up around 9 so we didnt wait to shop it. (Giant Eagles is set up way before 9 btw) My mom went thru full service to check out. I choose self... which I thought would speed things up. Nope. Their self checkout isnt as user friendly as their competition. It took three calls to the attendant to finish the scanning. The attendant, tho pleasant enough still made me feel kind of "judged" by needing her help 3x's. So there was that. The lady bagging her groceries next to me goes. "Psst, I think this self scanning is difficult too and often think "why didnt I go to the cashier"". Me: exactly!!! Im just not a fan. Im the sole care giver for my mother. Time is valuable to me. However avoiding stress is even more valuable. I get stressed at this store. Even though this is right across the street, I think I will drive up or down the road to the competition as shopping at either location is just so much easier than being at this Kroger and dealing with the lot and the self scanner. The Certified Nurse Practitioner, Supreet Singh, was exceptionally professional and extremely thorough. I felt like the attention to detail was above what we would normally experience at a doctor's visit. Additionally, the documentation of the visit that we left with was clear, concise, and detailed. I used the online system to "save" a place in line and the wait times were beyond 144 minutes at the Hard & Sawmill location due to the back to school rush and sports seasons beginning. I appreciated the fact that I had a check in time that was a few hours away, as well as the fact that I was able to receive SMS reminders about the appointment. At one point I received an SMS that I wasn't clear on so I called the Minute Clinic customer service line for help. Easy and painless. The check-in kiosk screen was calibrated for direct eye-level viewing, however, the screen is much lower than most adults' eye level. This causes some errors in selecting the correct digits/letters and a little frustration in backtracking to correct errors. There should either be a chair or a keyboard to offset this problem, considering the demographic of users is pretty broad and includes people who may be elderly or not as technology experienced as other users. I would highly recommend this service to others and appreciated the availability of locations that were nearby. Ms. Singh was wonderful and answered all of our questions.

This CVS location is run by rude, unapologetic Pharmacist. Depending on the day of the week, and…read morethe mood the Pharmacist's are in, will determine when your prescription will be refilled. They cannot count days correctly, I don't know if it's a software issue, or the Pharmacists count count the days correctly when you script is due. Sometimes they will fill on the 29th day from when the persc was picked up the last month, and other times it's 30 days. So if you travel for a living, which I do, you can't reasonably plan your week because it's a cray shot when you can pick up your prescription. This month, they went 31 days from when it was last picked up. If you want to talk to one of the Pharmacist and ask why, they will tell you that's just how it is, and they won't even entertain the possibility that perhaps the days were counted wrong. They give you that answer as they are backing up to resume what they were previously doing without giving you the courtesy of staying to answer all of your concerns, it's like you have 30 seconds to ask your question, and even less time to get an answer. It never used to be like this. The previous head pharmacist., Megan was great. I'm not the only person who has an issue with this location, just read the reviews.
