Yes, it's a small business and I get that. However, money only goes so far and choices need to be made. So, they are on a once every couple of weeks rotation for us. They have a punch card that gives you a punch when you spend $50 on one purchase. You do not get 2 punches if you spend $100 sadly. Instead, I was told they were closing for lunch and the gate was shut in front of me with no warning. No one else was waiting, and I had already been in line. I understand needing breaks, but closing right as the next patient steps up is poor customer service. Because of this, I was unable to get my medication when I needed it. Because of this terrible customer service, I will more than likely be looking for a new pharmacy. I just can't believe the lack of work ethic amongst people nowadays.
