This is the worst circle K I have ever been to. This Circle K used to be one of the most efficient and clean Circle K in the area now this place is disgusting. It takes forever. There seem like they have an attitude problem, and are happy to be there when Dennis ran that store it was always clean and very welcoming. Katie was amazing, ran a busy store by herself &' was very attentive when my bf &' I came in looking for a quick bite before heading home. She quickly took action &' offered to heat us up a pizza so that it was fresh &' was very sweet durin the wait. def needs a raise ! read more

This Circle K does not believe in customer service nor sales. Instead they put incompetent people in positions they can not do and tell customers they cannot sell lotto tickets or EBT sales between 12 am and 6 am because the the personnel does not know how to do their job. There is no signs saying they cannot sell these items and they just say the manager say's they cannot sell them just because??? i have been going to this Circle K sense they opened. I go to work between 12 & 6 and spend $ 60.00 a day 7 days a week = $21,900.00 a year . Now i have to go to their competitors and give them my money and i see the other customers are doing the same thing as i am. I wonder if the corporate office knows how much money they are loosing because the manager does not know how to manage? It is a shame that the manager cannot fix their problem and keep customers and sales. It was probably a bad night for the staff especially being only two and the gas station being bombarded by hungry folks. But when i came i was the only one at the time and ask for my dash order. The gentleman up front asked the madam about the order and she mumbled at him n left through the back exit ignoring both of us. The guy told me to wait for her sense she's the one in charge of DD orders. It took about 30-45 minutes for her to decide to care about the order and then she argued with the gentleman up front and gave me attitude. I understand you are stressed but so am i. Us dashers are behind the wheel and exposed to high heat or cold or rain. We don't have a counter to hide away from disgruntled guest. And honestly I don't need one. I am very diplomatic and understanding individual, but i hate when people are rude for no reason. The problem could had been fixed very easily by just coming back, verify what the gentleman asked for. Tell em where she put the order and go back to escaping. 30-45 minutes gone obviously means a break. But just a quick, check n go would've benefit everybody. She would've been stress free and i would've been on my way on time. Other than the crabby staff member? Store was cleaned and stocked. As i waited for her to come back and be rude to us. I noticed the gentleman working hard n on task. The store got bombarded hard. There was nothing on the hot boxes area. Like people literally ate the hell outa them delicious taco rolls lol kinda wish i had $20k on me. I would've done a killing with a food truck last night. I think if u had a hotdog stand as is? Cashier made fun of me for wearing a Tampa Bay Buccaneers shirt during the playoffs. Apparently he was a Falcons fan. Listen bub, I've lived here for a while and I know my team sucks, you don't need to call me a "no playoff losin' to the Rams busta," I can get that from my wife when I get home. Good gas prices, bad air/vac prices. Decent beer selection. Lots of single-pack flavored cigars too, in case you need one of those for some non-pot-related reason. read more

The cashier , when i step in there was no one checking out ,she was talking to another circle k employee,so am next ,then suddenly she shouted out loud next and looking at 2 girls in the lane shopping ,and called them ,,I was like what !!!!! , i didnt take it seriously ,but after they checked and it was my turn , she didn't say a word like a greeting or morning or even ask me what I wanted,just looking at me like if she is paying for my gas ,, !! I asked for 15 on pump 13 ,gave her 20 ,she gave me the 5 dollars, and looked at me like !!what,and didn't say a dam word, no morning no what you want,nthg, so rude... Circle K is one of my favorite convenience stores. Unfortunately this new one on Bloomingdale is not making the cut. The Polar Pop machines are often down. The grill items are usually empty. I don't understand how you can have a brand new store and it be managed this poorly. The employees are nice and the place is clean but it is a brand new store. Circle K is my favorite store but this brand new one has awful customer service. Today in the store there were two lines formed so like any person I proceeded to the shorter line. Then my turn comes and the cashier tells me, "no, not you. Her." Then points to the other line and a different person. To which the lady declines and moved forward to the cashier In her line. So I walk back up. The cashier again tells me, "no they were next. They were waiting longer." Now sure these customers were waiting longer and I can fully appreciate that, however what is the point to two lines if the mean nothing. So when I finally received the go ahead I told the cashier there was two lines and her only response was that there wasn't suppose to be. I'm sorry what? So I ask how would you like your customers to know that when there is no sign postings, two lines have formed and no person is correcting the line formations. Her only response was again there isn't suppose to be. Like I was suppose to know that. And again all of this would have been fine and dandy if there was some kind of "I'm sorry ma'am, there is only suppose to be one line and these customers were waiting longer so I apologize but I will need to help them first." You have to give respect to get it. Not look at me with disdain and tell me no, not you, her. Like I should have know better. You work in a customer service business please learn and apply that there is a way to handle a situation and a way not to.
