The server was really friendly and I'm looking forward to visiting again next time I'm in the area!

The pork skin was soggy and chewy, even though I could tell it had been crispy at one point. Combined with the softness of the eggs, the texture just wasn't pleasant. That said, the tortillas on both tacos were soft, buttery, and clearly fresh, which made a big difference in the overall quality. While I thought these tacos were good, they weren't anything special compared to ones I've had at other places previously.

The line at the other fast food place was absolutely insane and it was not moving, so we decided to give this one a chance. We were the first ones in line and were able to get our food in just 5 minutes. They even gave us a little cup with whipped cream for my dog which I thought it was pretty nice of them. I picked Texas toast as my bread, and green beans and mashed potatoes as my sides, expecting them to be basically canned and powdered potatoes. The sides ended up being fresh green beans cooked well done with caramelized onions which were very flavorful. The potatoes were homemade as well with cream gravy, but needed some additional seasoning. The rest of my group loved their food too, as all 7 other plates were cleaned with no food left. Just when we thought we were in the clear it was time to pay. Well, that didn't go all that well either. Our waitress was busy bringing orders out and catering to another newly seated table and going back and forth to the kitchen getting them anything and everything to go along with their meal, meanwhile we had our check ready and she bypassed our table 2-3 times and didn't look our way. I visited close to closing time, so I was the only one there, but the place seems like it could be a really fun spot to hang out, especially with the outdoor patio seating. One small idea, if they haven't already considered it: it looks like there might be enough space for another food truck or two. As usual we had to go to the bathroom to get paper towels as every time we have been there they appeared to be out. Very Disappointed! We don't mind paying the current market price for a very good burger but today, We would have gotten better burgers and great Fries at Whataburger! We ordered regular breakfast food and my wife ordered pancakes and a serving of bacon. The food was adequate - after all, Rockport is still a coastal town. The service was friendly and efficient.
