There are medium number of gas pumps and not much parking outside of the pumps. The store itself has the candy, drinks, coffee, snacks, food, etc that quick stops always have in stock. Everything is well stocked and they typically have two registers open. Fine place to get gas and to grab a quick anything for the road.

(I wish gas stations in Austin had these hot breakfast taco bars.) There was no line during checkout and the cashier cracked a joke that made me smile. This Stripes is located very close to the east beach and the Corpus Christi Historical area / Visitor Center / Museum District. It is a block or two past where I-37 becomes a regular road (from being a highway).

They found that a previous repair had failed, and they weren't sure it could be re-fixed. They took a fair amount of time removing the old patch and roughing up the surface enough for a new one. For all their trouble, they only charged me $25. This was two weeks and a lot of miles ago, and no sign of any leak in the tire. Thanks, Gordo's, you kept my vacation on track.

Nathaniel and Jimmy helped us out and said the fuel injectors looked okay and didn't need to be replaced at this time, just recommended getting a fuel injector cleanser and use premium gas for a couple of weeks. The entire team is nice and very reasonable with prices. I'm glad I went to them and will go to them in the future.
