The only reason why I gave this store 4 stars is because of one of the employees who rang me up promptly and seemed like he might be a little embarrassed by his coworker, the little a hole who when I went up and asked for something said, "we don't have any" and thought it was funny. Circle K, like many of the convenience stores around can become very busy at times. All the employees are very friendly and helpful, but more importantly they are behind plexiglass and masked up. The hot lunch and comfort foods are all fresh, while the coffee is always hot and plentiful. The layout of the store however is better than I remember it. But during these COVID times, there isn't a logical flow. So it can be somewhat difficult for you to both stand in line, while also trying to maintaining a safe six feet of distance. read more

Came into Circle K looks like a clean place (Staff was rude however would not ring me up. Made me use the self check out. there was no French vanilla in the coffee creamer when I said something they just said thanks for letting me know. Horrible customer service. read more

6:55pm Wednesday October 5th Dude at the counter needs a friend, he seemed to be having a very difficult time doing anything that relates to talking to a human in a decent manner, I get that it is tough working at a circle K and the fact you're working is great but you don't have to be rude to people, just be decent, if you need a friend or someone to talk to there are multiple 24 hour lines to call and also places you can go to get help just food for thought. I understand mental stress and frustration but take a step back and just be calm and decent to people especially while at work. Be professional and decent. read more

Conveniently located near my house, I fill up here all the time. Space is tight here to fill up for gas. The lanes are narrow and the landscaping and curbing of the shopping center makes it tough to get in/out of the gas lanes when it's busy. However, the convenience store rocks. There's a big, walk-in beer cooler to grab supplies on game days. They also have a decent selection of Wine when you're in a pinch....and it's not priced that bad either. Solid store. I have been shopping at this store for 20 years. It only takes one Bozo employee to ruin it for them. When are employees going to learn that customers pay their salaries and that customers deserve to be treated with respect? When the employer pays wages, he is merely a conduit, transmitting the money received from the customers to the employee. read more

Unbelievably irresponsible staff. I just witnessed the women behind the counter serve three bottles of whiskey to a clearly inebriated man. He left the store, got in his car and drove away! When I mentioned to them how drunk he appeared to be they simply responded with, "Yeah that happens a lot." Careless. Clearly putting the rest of us at risk. The owner should put regulations in place. Take some action! read more

This is a small gas station which can get pretty crowded and hard to get in and out. However, it is conveniently located on my way to/from work so I have used it several times and is cheaper than most others. They also have a redbox station and the store is clean with good inventory. The people that work here are lame. Don't accidentally rip a barcode. They aren't smart enough to type in the numbers for the code or at least know how much a product costs to manually type in the price. It was annoying. A lot of items needed to be restocked. Fine array of sandwiches though....didn't eat one. Never returning to this one again. read more

The old man working today shamed me yelled at me and disbaredged my character because I was paying with food stamps I had received due to losing my job since the corona virus out break .... he said he hated that they accepted them there and that maybe I should try getting a job and then he refused to take them to pay for my items... he also was encouraging people in line to chime in .... this was awful traumatizing and I am so sorry I will have to call local government and report how this circle k is mocking the social distancing rules and not accepting ebt.... hopefully circle will see this and learn to hire people who are being laid off and need work and want to help instead of people who are there to chase away costumers and be disgusting... I normally work in finance and have paid more in taxes due to my normally high income than that man will ever make in his life so I understand that he is 100 and works at circle k and is embarrassed with himself I can handle it because I am young and smart and can recover from this but I hope he doesn't get the opportunity to treat someone else going through a hard time right now like that what a sad sad person I will pray that he heals from his clear deep self hatred some day read more

The man behind the counter decided to lie to me and decline to sell me any nicotine products even though I am OVER the age of 18. I am not however 21 yet, so he told me I have to be 21 as of the first of January. Checked federal and state laws, it's still 18. THAT PLACE IS A ROACH MOTEL.. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED EAT OR DRINK THEIR AT YOUR OWN RISK.. (Rule of thumb: If you see roaches during the day that means where they are living is overcrowded). That store has a major infestation problem. I moved to the neighborhood 6 weeks ago and been in that store 4 times. If my wife didn't have a habit of telling me her gas light is on just before she has to leave for work I wouldn't have gone back to that sh!t hole after the first visit. During my first visit I went to get gas and a donut, there were gnats flying around inside the donuts display, there was a long line that snaked from the check-out counter to the soda machine and down to the bathroom. While waiting in line I seen there is a 1 1/2 foot gap between the wall and soda counter and there was 3 roaches on the wall and "raisin" droppings in front of the check-out counter (they don't sell raisins). Each time i was I was in there there was a line from the check-out counter to the soda machine and only 1 person working the register, the little Mexican woman that works there walked around, seen the long lines and goes about her business leaving the 1 working cashier to handle the customers alone. 10 minutes standing in line waiting to pay for gas read more

Very high gas prices at this convenient location. Clean, nice place, but I'm giving it only 2 stars for the gas prices. You can get Tonto passes for camping here, about the only place in the area where you can (Besides Big 5 on Northsight). Arco down the street has the best gas prices around this area. read more

Went to this location 2 times for a propane tank. Each time attendants told me to come back an hour later due to short staff. NO customers were present and the product was in clear sight. Went there third time after an hour to be told that they were out of the tanks. Frustrating! Trying to understand the reason behind this apart from obvious sheer laziness. read more

I'm not typically a big fan of most Circle K stores due to the lack of professionalism and overall mentality of the many of the clerks that work these stores, but this one is much nicer than all of the others. This rating is based on the service I get from this location especially from the girl with the pony tail that usually works in the afternoon. She treats everybody as if they're her best friends, and I actually look forward to going there just to say "hi" to her. I wish everybody acted like she did. She genuinely acts like she enjoys her customers and isn't at all robotic about it. read more

Of all the Circle K's I've been to this is the first one that's actually clean. Walking in and seeing this was a shock, as a clean store os not something I am use to. I general it was a nice store. However, seeing a employee with a bull ring in his nose and hair that is all matted made me think they hired a homeless fellow to fill in at night. read more

Fantastic staff, very nice, the manager there the curly haired blonde woman is so nice and makes the store feel like a home. The staff is very welcoming, the store is one of the cleanest circle k's I've been to. The selection is very diverse in snacks and drinks. Overall this is a solid circle k read more

That store has so many problems I don't know where to start. Up until a year ago this store use to be one of the best in the area and It may seem like I'm picking on the store but after many months of watching this store go down and the DM and/or corporate not even trying to give this store a hand up is not even sad anymore its a wash, if it was privately owned it probably would be out of business. The only 3 positives are the curly haired blond is always bubbly and takes pride in her work and goes out of her way for customers, the store no longer smells like a backed up sewer and its finally clean. The positives don't make up for all the major problems. The Air & Water hasn't worked in months, gas pumps are always down, the Frosters machine is always broken, old food is never removed and replaced later in the day from the rollers, the chili is so stale it doesn't come out of the machine and if any does drip out its black and smells, the front of the store is occasionally used as storage, during the day boxes and garbage bags are left outside the side door about 6 feet from the hot dogs (eww), that store use to carry items that actually sold such as spaghetti, tomato sauce, heat and serve mac and cheese and chicken broth and canned veggies and baked beans and they replaced those foods with with baked on dust cat food, and a large percentage of items in the store are out dated/expired/stale (I think I've seen the same 6 cans of Jalapinos on the shelf for the past 2 years) the only imported beer is from Mexico and they have only 3 kinds. These things are most likely why they don't sell much of anything else besides gas, cigs, chips and fountain sodas, Convenience store prices are expected but charging Beverly Hills/Manhattan prices compared to other convenience stores in the area don't help either. The real kickers are the Asian Manager always seems to have a stick up her a**, and the last 2 times I was in there a young woman cashier tried on 2 different occasions to charge me for things I didn't get. How does a $8.52 (with tax) pack of cigs turn into $11.76 and $10 of gas and a pack of cigs turn into $22.16? after admitting she mischarged me and correcting the prices she tried to short change me on both occasions. Now I only go in there when my lawn mower needs gas or my wife tries to run her car out of gas before telling me. read more
