They nice employee said that they were and that the franchisee was actually coming here. Which I was excited about since I would get to talk to him in person. He told me to come back in 30 minutes so I decided to do so. While I was going to my car I was pulling out and this car next to me pulling into the space next to mine is staring at me. I look back and think nothing of it. When I fully pull out I see the guy get out his car and start waving his hands and saying something I look at him and wave my hands. Then I realized he wanted me to get out the car to fight him! I was like what?? And he kept signaling me to get out with his chest puffed out and ready to know. However within the last few weeks a new crew has come in which has led to a few issues for me. First they're always rude and pushy, they never want to talk to you and they've continuously overpriced me every time I've gone in there. Instead of just scanning the barcodes on each item they type in codes for each item and overcharge, and it's gotten outrageous. At first when they started I figured it was just a learning curve and they were trying to figure everything out until it started happening every time I've gone in the past few weeks. Today I finally had to confront them and make them fix it because I'm sick of it, and instead of listening to me they just kept telling me I was wrong and the items were rung up correctly. After a few seconds of arguing with them they finally gave in and properly priced my items, but either way I'm so so sick of being mistreated by them every time I go in there and I strongly recommend everyone else to also go to a different location because it's ridiculous and I plan on contacting corporate and or the better business bureau because it's absolutely out of hand and extremely distasteful.

I recently had a trip through Oregon and their pump attendant Mickayla was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She broke my gas door when I specifically told her not to close it because of a similar occurrence I had had on a previous trip. And now the manager Tori is saying that they won't do anything about it. So just a word to the wise don't leave your car in their hands you'll leave with damage and probably won't know about it. Save the money it'll cost you in damage and pay the extra 10-20 cents at another station.
