I ask again, he RUDELY repeats I DON"T KNOW! His coworker, who is the supposed manager comes over and shows him how to do a card and cash transaction. I say I asked before, manager hollers WELL YOU DON'T HAVE TO COME HERE! I say thank you for the AWESOME SERVICE! I start leaving, call them a$$holes and the manager follows me out, still hollering. The next Saturday, I go and the manager said that I am banned and he radios to the gas station attendents to give them my license plate #. I have been going to this gas station for 6 years now. I am friendly with the gas station attendants and cashiers. I don't know why Alex targeted me and was so rude. Discrimination is all I can think, I am Native American. I have called and left a message with the owner, who has not called me back. I am not sure who the owner is, whether it is Younger or AM/PM. I am writing a review on the BBB website, too.

I recently had a trip through Oregon and their pump attendant Mickayla was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She broke my gas door when I specifically told her not to close it because of a similar occurrence I had had on a previous trip. And now the manager Tori is saying that they won't do anything about it. So just a word to the wise don't leave your car in their hands you'll leave with damage and probably won't know about it. Save the money it'll cost you in damage and pay the extra 10-20 cents at another station.

The gas station is open 24 hours, which is amazing at times and a life saver. I typically forget to stop and get gas when I'm leaving Portland and so I have to stop in either Albany or Corvallis for it. The employees have always been friendly, the bathrooms clean, and the product selection in the store is pretty decent. It's the average convenient store, but it works. I rarely buy things from the store. I stop for gas, to use the bathroom, or visit A&W. But when I need anything, the store is there and that makes it nice. Would I return? Yep, I have no complaints. It's a great location, just off the freeway, and it's just a good place to stop and stretch when I'm on the last leg of a drive home. Review 158 of 2017.

She immediately removed the card and said, "you should have asked me before I put your card in. Now I have to reset this and it's going to take several minutes! Is that what you want?" I'm sorry, whaat?! Did I just get reprimanded by the attendant?! I was polite, and said yes please. She said, well it's going to take a few minutes to reset the system, picks up the handle and slams it into the cradle and walks off. She comes back about 8 minutes later and picks it up, and slams it down again (I'm thinking the 1st slam didn't take?) A few minutes go by and she returns asking for my Safeway ID. To my delight (yes I said delight), she huffs and says you have ZERO points. what can I say? If that's all I can get out of how rude she was, I will take it. She went on to tell me how points don't roll over like phone plans... If you can get gas elsewhere, I would suggest driving past this Chevron; Unless of course, you don't mind the attitude. Just be sure to spit your Safeway ID out BEFORE you hand her your card.

It's one of those places where it's a toss up if it'll be OK or not. Sometimes you get nice employees, sometimes you get cranky ones. Sometimes the store is clean, sometimes it's not. I've been in a few times and it was gross. I walked in once and my bladder was about to explode. The employee told me a huge bus full of high school girls had just been in, and he was going in to clean the restroom, so to be aware it may be gross, or wait for him to finish. Cool. It was one of those where I told him I'd use the men's restroom if he didn't mind. Really had to go, and didn't care. It was also very late at night, so the probability of anyone else coming in was slim. He was fine with that, as I was too. They sell the brand of cigarettes I prefer, which is always nice. I honestly don't know if the Chevron next door does or not. I've never paid attention. It seems like when picking which store to stop at, it really depends on what I need. If I'm going for smokes, I'll pick this one. If I need gas or just to use the restroom, I'll pick the Chevron. Would I return here? Yeah. It's not a bad place, by any near means. It's simply a 50-50 chance of it being a good or mediocre experience. I've never had an exceptional or terrible experience in here. It's always somewhere in the middle. Review 159 of 2017.
