I ordered a bridesmaids dress through this company per request of the bride. She insisted that I was a size 4 and that the dress would fit fine. When I received the dress in the mail 6 months later, it was HUGE. When I called to see if the dress could be exchanged, the company was not willing to work with me at all and told me to get it altered. Now I'm looking at having to spend an extra $150 dollars on a $200 dress because the consultant insisted I was wrong about my size. Extremely unhappy with this company, disappointed with their customer service, and would highly, highly recommend you go with anyone else.

After calling all over the state of WI and norther IL, Victorian Bridal offered me the best price and quickest shipping for my bridal gown. They even offered a discount on my veil as part of a promotion. When my dress arrived a few months later, I went to my first appointment at VB for a fitting. The building is very unassuming, but trust me when I say this is a store of true professionals. I had my dress altered at VB, and subsequently came back three more times (driving all the way from Chicago where I live). Their staff is courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. In the end, my bridal gown fit me perfectly after their expert alterations! I highly recommend VB if you live anywhere in the Central WI area. Even if you don't it's worth the trip!
