Jaimie Greene is unaware how important customer service is to any business. My last two appointments were made in era by her team. I don't appreciate my time not being respected. I showed up at both times for my appointments only to be told the first time that they don't offer the service that I booked and the second time trying to convince me that I was there at the wrong time, even though I showed Jaime the confirmation I received. At no point did Jaimie feel that she needed to offer an apology for the mistake of booking me for a service that they don't offer or that I was sent the wrong appointment time. The first time this happened, I had taken a long break from going back there, but then decided to give it one more try and the second time was just the same experience with incorrect booking information and wasting my time. Jaime's business focus is on educating and training others with her new location. Therefore, customer service has been taking a backseat.
