The staff was still extremely friendly and accommodating, and we never felt rushed or like our being a few minutes late threw off the experience. We booked the couples spa day, which included a one-hour Vichy shower, one-hour couples massage, and 30 minutes in the salt room with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. We started with the Vichy shower, which was the PERFECT way to start the day. It really set the mood and left us feeling so clean, smooth, and relaxed going into our massage. The massage was so relaxing that my husband actually started snoring! We finished everything off in the salt room with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries, which was such a nice ending to the experience. The ambiance was exactly what I want from a spa day. They have a beautiful waiting area for the time between services that feels warm, inviting, peaceful, and comfortable. It definitely gives you the spa day vibes you expect when you're treating yourself. The staff was super friendly and professional. I also really appreciated that they didn't make you feel rushed, but everything still ran on a schedule and felt very organized. We seriously felt like new people walking out of there! Shortly after, you will be greeted by your certified masseuse. Today I had Mandy. After a quick survey about pressure, spots of tension and any "no go" areas, the massage started. I purchased an hour, you can also do 90 minutes, add salt, hot rocks etc. after the hour, i was just numb, refreshed, reinvigorated. Just an awesome experience. I received a gift card and used it. If you're curious about floating for wellness this is a good place to try it. The staff is friendly and walks you through the experience before leaving you to enjoy your session. The float tanks are nice, although even under the calming blue light I could see dirt on the white wall like from a dirty hand or a wipe down that needed one more pass. You literally lose track of time, your body finally relaxes, and your mind just shuts off in the best way. You can go pitch black or keep a soft blue light on, which made it even more relaxing depending on the vibe you want. 10/10 recommend if you're dealing with pain, stress, or just need to reset. My fiancé booked me a surprise spa day for completing my masters degree and all the stress I've been under. I got poison ivy on my left arm 2 days before the services. Again having no idea that he had booked this sweet spa day for me, at a place I had been telling him I really wanted to go to. Celebrated my graduation the day before services were scheduled and got some treatment for my poison ivy. Upon arriving for my spa treatments, I informed the crew at check in that I had poison ivy on my arm, and I had no idea about the services my fiance had scheduled, and they said could do my service and avoid the area. After filling out paperwork and my family dropping me off, they then said the services could not be completed due to the poison ivy and and that they would retain 100 dollars.. How would we have cancelled in time when I had just gotten poison ivy and my fiance was unaware until the day prior when I got treatment? Why couldn't the other services been provided ie scalp treatment? Why couldn't the area be avoided.. very disappointed. Update for the owner: I am also highly allergic to poison ivy and it is not contagious. You all choose to cancel my service and there was no waving of fee as you mention in your comment or I would've been happy to come back. We did call that morning to try to reschedule as my family stayed in town after my graduation, but upon hearing the fee I decided to come in, to a surprise spa day I didn't know about. We were not disrespectful in your establishment my father and fiancée came in to discuss the 100 charge as the whole reason I came in was to also avoid a $200 cancellation fee. The arguing was between whether the poison ivy was contagious or not. Please watch your building video to confirm this. I showed them my rash which I also posted in my review, it is not covering my arm and can be fully seen. Again not answering any of my other questions of why couldn't any other service been done.. like the scalp service he had booked. I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I have been to this spa many times and always had wonderful service, so I was very surprised by how poorly this visit went. I booked a one-hour prenatal massage, a 30-minute Vichy shower, and spent 30 minutes in the salt room. The salt room was great but everything after that went downhill. My massage was scheduled for 12:15 PM, but it did not start until around 12:25 PM. When it finally began, there was almost no pressure it felt like someone rubbing lotion in light circles. When I politely asked for a little more pressure, I was told she could not apply any more, so I ended the session early because there was no benefit. My Vichy shower was scheduled for 1:30 PM, but did not start until around 1:35 PM, and it ended at 1:52 PM, so I did not receive the full 30 minutes I paid for. By the time I was finished dressing and checked out, it was 1:58 PM, which clearly confirms both services were shorter than booked and expected. To make matters worse, there was no manager available to address my concerns or assist with fixing the situation. I do have a massage already booked for next week with a therapist who has previously given me an amazing session here, and I am hopeful that appointment will reflect the quality I was once accustomed to at this spa. I had the Japanese scalp treatment on Friday April 18, 2025. The tech was wonderful, however, this service is not for anyone with Afro textured hair. They said you will leave with towel dried, soft hair. My hair was anything but that. I do have curly textured hair and it's usually manageable. When I left, my hair was matted and took me an hour to detangle. They use Biolage products, which is terrible for my hair. I didn't notice until afterwards. They do not detangle your hair, actually you're asked to detangle your own hair, but the brush and comb provided wouldn't even comb through my hair on a good day. The neck and foot massage were ok. The lady was very nice but the price was not worth it for me. I will not be retuning for that service ever. My sister had a massage and said it was very good. There are not enough stars to give to this amazing establishment! My husband and I are now both members and we get in for a massage as often as possible. All of the massage therapist are fantastic but we both like very strong, deep tissue massages so our two favorite therapists are Vicki and Stacey. Megan the owner is friendly and gives personal attention and her spa is beautiful. They have just expanded and added new massage rooms, an eyelash room, another facial room, a salt suit and a float room. There is a quiet, soft ambience to the spa with tasteful decor and is always impeccably clean. Worst customer service. I posted this review on Google about an hour ago and I have included the owner's rude and condescending response to the post.If I could leave no stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled for today 12/22 at 11:30. As I walk in 20 minutes prior to my appointment, I received a phone call that my son was sick and I needed to leave. I asked to reschedule. I was told that not only would they keep my deposit for today , but require another deposit to reschedule. I explain that my son was sick and had to leave. The receptionist responded " Oh well, you need to cancel within 24 hours notice." While I understand the need for a cancellation policy, given the emergency circumstances that other arrangements could have been done especially since I was at my appointment; however, had to leave. Furthermore, to treat a repeat customer in such away is egregious. Nonetheless, I will take my business elsewhere and highly recommend you do the same. I recently visited for the second time and it was amazing. Honestly, I'm not a spa guy, I HAD shoulder pain that Meagan once again found right away and alleviated. It's very relaxing and I can confidently suggest that anyone would love this place for self pampering but (something I've only recently discovered) was how great it is for muscle pain relief.
