When I was looking for a costume, I was told I wasn't skinny enough for anything they had, which was hurtful and unprofessional. I also felt like she assumed I couldn't afford anything in the store based on how she spoke to me and didn't let me look by myself. Instead of offering help or alternatives, the interaction made me feel judged and unwelcome. Customer service should make people feel comfortable regardless of their body type or budget. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I won't be returning

I purchased a dress from there and the own (man) told me if I was to get the dress that day and…read moretake it home he would give me a deal. Moving forward I also purchased a petticoat and was offered a big bow for the back of the dress which my daughter really loved for free. So I purchased the dress and petticoat that day and was called 2 weeks later staying my bow was in drove all the way to the store to pick it up. The bow seemed to be darker then the dress but thought I would wait til I got home to confirm. Called a few days later to explain that the bow was way darker then the dress and if I could get another bow made with the right color I was then told me that I was given the bow for free and that the place that made it was now closed and there was nothing they could do for me. So moral of the store is I never got a (good deal) for the dress paid full price and the (free) bow that I got was the wrong color and they could care less on helping me get the right color or offering me other options. I wouldn't recommend going to this place and I will never shop there again. Thanks for nothing.
