Unfortuantely, they are not located in the West (yet) although I keep encouraging them to do so. Patrick C., in particular, rocks. He helped with with a time-sensitive transaction that involved overnighting a package to me. Not only did he make it happen and see that Fedex picked up the package, but he called the next day to ensure that I had received it. Now, that's service! I wish all banks would follow the TD model which is completely customer-focused.

Transfers in take extra days, so the account didn't always have funds on time. They would allow the small purchases, but then asses $32 fees over and over. A $400 account had almost $300 in "convenience" fees for micro purchases. We never knew was happening, the balance was slowly disappearing and they of course tell us to read the fine print. CLOSING account for sure!

The exchange rate was a bit expensive and you'd expect it to be not as good compared to getting the exchange in a local country, but at least it's convenient and readily available. This kiosk is nice to have if you're traveling soon and can't wait for your bank to get your currency cash in, but be sure to check that they have the currency you're looking for before showing up. The process of the exchange was smooth and hassle free otherwise, and it's convenient to use if you don't want to go down to Philadelphia.

First of all, the check in clerk (a fill-in during a lunch break) was helping the man in front of me. It took forever, and it was obvious that she was going out of her way to find information that he should have brought with him. That in itself was not the problem, though. I can wait my turn. While I was waiting, though, a man walked in and instead of getting in line behind me, walked right over to one of the windows. Apparently, he didn't have his card, but the clerk, who saw that he hadn't even checked in, told him to come over, he'd help him. Then, when the man in front of me was finally finished, I moved up. When I told the clerk what I wanted, her expression and body language made it perfectly clear that she didn't want to process my purchase. Just then another customer entered and she immediately told me I had to wait so she could check in the person behind me because "this will take awhile." REALLY? I just stood there and waited while she helped the man in front of me and another man bypassed check-in entirely, and she doesn't want to make another customer wait while she rings up my purchase??? Unbelievable. Then the regular clerk returned, the fill-in said "oh you're back" and walked away without a word to me and without telling the other clerk what I was waiting for. I've been a Central Penn AAA customer for many years and have never been treated so rudely.

When I see reviews being extremely critical of a place that has always seemed great to me, i'm sad that they only gave them one chance. if I encountered a rude person I would either assume they were busy, or I'd just brush it off as that person, and not blame the whole companyunless every time I went in there I encountered that person being rude. but, they have always been polite and helpful in my experience over 30-some years. But of course, I don't know the situation so maybe they did encounter one or two people that didn't answer as kindly as they would have liked. The other day I had to call them for roadside service and I was in a hurry and told the dispatcher. I didn't really think it would help because usually most people would say they were in a hurry and probably are, but I was pleasantly surprised at how hard the tow truck driver tried to reach me quickly. It took longer than I expected and he expected, but he got stuck in traffic where a road was unexpectedly closed. I so much appreciated that he kept in touch with me, to let me know why. And I could tell he was frustrated that he couldn't get to me as quickly as he wanted to. So I knew he was trying. This experience was very positive for me, despite the fact that it took a while. But that wasn't the fault of AAA or the tow truck driver. The dispatcher at AAA went out of her way to make my experience a good one.

I was a patron of Beneficial Bank for years and then I decided to drop my patronage because of some poor customer service. I decided to go back to WSFS because my mom is a customer and she has been a customer since Beneficial Bank changed over to WSFS Bank. My favorite customer associate there is Loretta. Loretta is nice and friendly. Loretta always goes the extra mile above and beyond. Loretta always has a warm smile whenever my mom and I visit. The branch is a pretty decent size and they sometimes have coffee and refreshments for their consistent customers. WSFS has an ample parking lot and it is neighbor to Swiss Stores, and Poppi's Restaurant plus some Chinese spots are in the next shopping center over. Havertown is a convenient area to shop as well as centrally located. It is easy to find in a pretty nice area and location. Okay Yelp Folks, til next review!!!!

I said to him how about "Please put a mask on." He repeated, in an angry tone, "please put your mask on." I placed my mask on and went to the teller next to him For the record, I noticed two other employees in the small office in the back working without masks on. Rules for thee, not for me? I had considered setting up my banking at TruMark out of convenience, but no longer. Once my car is paid off, I'm done with them. Customer service is so important to me and quite frankly this interaction left me puzzled and speechless.

They close at three which is great compared to the other Citizens' that close at 12 or 1 o'clock. It was my first time here and I needed to speak with a manager about an issue, and someone was readily available when I went in. The bank is quite dated, but the people who are working there were very pleasant and made it very easy experience. My issue isn't quite resolved, but I was ensured that would be worked on Monday. I would most certainly come back to this bank to deal with my banking needs. Unfortunately, I am not pleased with Citizens altogether. I am thankful that today's experience went well.
