The service was very slow, and the overall experience was not what I expected. After waiting for my order, I went to pay and my total was around $18. I handed the cashier a $100 bill, but when I received my change back, the amount was incorrect. When I brought it to his attention, he claimed that I had only given him a smaller bill. I know what I handed over, and it was upsetting to have my concern dismissed instead of having the situation properly looked into. What made the experience worse was the lack of accountability and customer service. A simple mistake can happen, but the way it was handled made me feel like I was being accused rather than helped. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed, especially after already dealing with the slow service. I hope management reviews this situation and works on improving both the speed of service and how payment disputes are handled. Customers should feel respected and confident when making a purchase, and unfortunately, this visit left a very negative impression. I will think twice before returning to this location.
