Unreasonable prices. Simple menthol cigarettes have neither nicotine nor menthol. The real cigarette is supposed to discourage appetite. Because food is too expensive, and it's also fake. For some people, that's the purpose of having a smoke. Isn't it? Too much for a $14 pack of cigarettes with no mentol, and no nicotine inside. This is BP-Pantry 41 now. It's not a bad place to stop for gas or grab a soda or some smokes. The only thing is that the staff is not all too friendly. Nope, not too friendly at all. If you're driving or walking down North or Humboldt and need a few gallons or smokes or a soda or snack, this is a decent place to stop. DO NOT use this car wash Twice I tried it and both times the top half of my car was clean but the rest was still covered in dirt and grime. I saw two other cars leave the wash in the same condition. Very expensive for a half done job. read more

BEWARE: This gas station scams and is overpriced to begin with! They ripped me off and charged me for premium gas when I selected the regular gas option. I went back into the store to get a refund for the difference. The employee was arguing with me and told me that it was my fault and that I must have selected premium. That is completely false. I did not select premium. The employee refused to call a manager or do anything other than being rude and unprofessional to me. He eventually called the owner and the owner said there was nothing they could do for me and that it was my fault I was overcharged! WOW! Seriously?? I gave them an opportunity to amend the situation before posting my review. They chose to do nothing, so as promised here is the review. BE CAREFUL, CHECK ALL YOUR RECEIPTS. This is a reminder why I don't come here and why I will never give them any more of my hard earned money. read more

This place causes me to lose sleep. Literally. Their parking lot is so poorly designed that if I find I need gas at night I will park the car on fumes and wake up early in the morning to get gas before work when there are no other people about. Just so I don't have to deal with entering/exiting their stupid lot. That said, I go here all the time because the only other option in the area is the gas station up the hill on North/Holton, which is actually slightly closer to my house but also markedly closer to me ending up in the emergency room with a bullet hole in my pristine and unmarked body. I've never had any problems with service or safety here. I know all that "OMGRIOTOMG" stuff went down here, but that doesn't really bother me. It's just wrong place/wrong time for anyone involved. My only complaint is the lot. If they bulldozed the car wash (I've never seen anyone use it), and put the store up in the corner where it is, they could add another whole row of pumps and give everyone an easy egress to either Humboldt or North. And then I could sleep in. read more

Always more expensive than anywhere else, especially for cigs. Also, I'm pretty sure my debit card information was stolen at this gas station. I was informed that there have been rumors of this and, lo and behold, the one time I go there I have my card number being used in Berlin, WI. Maybe a coincidence but I'd watch your back. Also, when I was there the woman in line in front of me was being told by the cashier that her card was declined. He kept telling her to try again and see if it worked this time. When I ran into her after making my purchase she was livid because, upon checking her phone, she realized she was charged four times. Seriously, don't trust them with your cards. read more

Touch less carwash not worth the money. Spent 10 bucks and it didn't get all the way clean. Had to add my finishing touches to it. They also a $13 and $15 wash, way too much for a touch less wash in my opinion. Best is to find a cheaper spot for a wash read more

Went there on 4/7/15 in afternoon, around 1-ish, there was a younger cashier - maybe in his 20s - he was rude, acted as if the method I was paying was an inconvenience to him. He was on the phone, with it on speaker and was clearly distracted. I should have been the one who was frustrated. Stop taking customers for granted. You want respect from the community but some of your staff don't practice what they preach. I will not return. read more

Wow, This place is soooooooooo over priced! But the worst thing is the staff. I had the clerk just stare at me for 2 minutes while I asked a simple question of if they had any smokes on sale. All the while I was trying to look behind him to see myself and he wouldn't move at all. What a dick! read more
