After being assured by the owner many times that they would be mailed to me, which never happened, I now find that they are out of business. No wonder! I was told lie after lie about the part being ordered, and then about the missing parts being mailed to me. Interestingly, the part that was supposedly needed turned out NOT to be the problem. Another shop repaired it, and I had to purchase replacements for the parts that the Sewing Shop lost or misplaced! Now that they are no longer in business, at least no other customers will experience what I have experienced. No star at all for this shop!

It's just funny because these kids are looking for jobs and yes it comes with responsibilities and yes they need to be done but it is noticeable when the staff doesn't get along but its even more embarrassing to do it in-front of customers and they notice.
