If I already marched into the corporate office for answers the main line won't do anything for me. Someone else here said it best with their review-- "The bank is so hung up on their procedures they have lost track of the customer." Y'all have poor reviews across the board. Take a look in the mirror. Be better. I opened an account here on behalf of my two year old son. His mother was killed in a car accident and he was given a portion of her life insurance. I have legal authority to manage his funds and I transferred some money out of the bank of sierra account into an investment portfolio for his benefit. I guess bank of sierra did not like this and they closed the account without my knowledge. I tried to get in contact with someone who could explain this issue to me and the Olive street branch manager hung up on me when she became frustrated with my questions. They left me completely lost with no idea what to do. I still have no idea what to do. But it has been absolute misery going through this process with them. Hopefully someone who reads this has a better experience than I did.

We sat in the hall for over 30 minutes waiting. When an older Caucasian gentleman came in to open an account he was offered an empty office to sit and fill out his application as well as offered water. We walked out.
