The only thing that stopped me is that we moved to South Bay and the Chase here is great. The hubby and I walked in here with our baby. We stood in a long line with one teller available. No one else was around and all the offices are empty. It was a Saturday. We finally get to the teller and ask to get something notarized. She tells me she doesn't know where the guy is and to just have a seat and wait for him to get back. Ummmm, I don't think so. We hightailed it over to Wells Fargo a couple of storefronts down. There we are greeted with a huge smile and a, "how can we help you?". We were given snacks and water bottles along with our excellent service. The desks were all filled with busy and friendly employees. Perfect service. I have no idea why we tried Chase first. We already knew the Wells Fargo in the Palisades is amazing. Hey Chase manager, walk over to Wells Fargo and learn how they treat their customers. See the nice greeter. See the way they care about what you need. See the snacks and drinks. See the open layout of the store. The Village is a small community of people that care about service.
