I have tried so hard to look past the flaws in this company. 6 our of 10 times that I've hired them, they either haven't shown up, have shown up hours late, or their guards went to sleep on duty. I was asked a few months ago to leave a good yelp review so I did after one of the times they actually showed up. Everyone at the company from the supervisors to the office staff to the guards are completely unprofessional. There is no way to get in contact with anyone after 5pm, which is completely unhelpful if your event starts after that and your guards haven't shown up. Honestly, a box of rocks could do a better job securing your location. If I could give zero stars I would. *also, this is an ongoing issue - not just a one off incident. I've tried so hard to give them the benefit of the doubt to no avail. read more

Are you gullible? Stupid? Easily fooled! Enamored by shiny objects? Then have we got a security guard company for you! Citiguard is a joke. Damn near as funny as all the FAKE reviews. I hired them a few months ago after my business was broken into. I only needed them for about 4 hours until the repair people showed up. The "guard" they sent out was laughable. He had a jelly donut in his hand along with a cup of coffee, which he spilled half on my desk upon being introduced. His only duties were to make sure no one entered and caused further damage. An hour after showing up he was in the restroom for almost half an hour and left nasty skidmarks in the toilet. I think there were pidgeons dropping from the sky from the residual smell. My God! Needless to say, it will be the last time I ever use Citiguard! read more
