What is most disturbing is that their activity was visible across three separate security cameras, yet Iron Delta Security failed to detect or respond to the incident. A company being paid to provide 24/7 monitoring should not miss something this serious. When you are thousands of miles away from home, you depend on your security company to actually monitor and protect your property. That is exactly why I was paying a significant monthly fee. Missing three individuals attempting to enter the property completely destroyed my confidence in their monitoring service.
