They even admitted it was their fault but refused to pay me back for my bank fees. Today takes the cake. I just needed a new lawnmower and had sufficient money posted in my account per the banking app. They tried to run it through electronically and it was declined. Twice. And I called the bank and no one bothered to answer.

We have to drive from more rural to come here. But the bank we tried first in our town was very difficult to work with and wanted to charge money. My only complaint is I have had issues with the outside atm machines. particularly the digital screens do not always work properly. with no real buttons to press its up to the computer not glitching or getting overheated in summer. but they have complimentary coffee and cookies inside. there is a change machine for members to use cost free. They have numerous bank professionals to help with more complicated matters on any given day. staff is always helpful and professional.
