We have to drive from more rural to come here. But the bank we tried first in our town was very difficult to work with and wanted to charge money. My only complaint is I have had issues with the outside atm machines. particularly the digital screens do not always work properly. with no real buttons to press its up to the computer not glitching or getting overheated in summer. but they have complimentary coffee and cookies inside. there is a change machine for members to use cost free. They have numerous bank professionals to help with more complicated matters on any given day. staff is always helpful and professional.

Terrible online banking app. Also I deposited a check two days ago into their ATM and it's STILL not available and when I talk to the women that work at the bank all they can tell me is that there is a waiting period and I'm basically SOL. They are withholding me from my heard earned cash and making so I'm unable to pay rent on time. I suggest to everyone and interested in creating a new bank account DO NOT create a bank account with this bank. They are absolutely terrible.
