They're quick to charge you fees and extend you credit when your credit is perfect but when it's not forget it. I've had a mortgage with them for over 13 years and always paid it on time. Now I've fallen on a temporary financial hardship they offer nothing for options or assistance other than reporting my payment as late to the credit bureau and ruining my credit. Merrimack County Savings Bank has superior checking account services. Minimum balance is $50, as opposed to $100 at TD. Penalty for falling below minimum balance is $3 at MCSB, as opposed to $14 at TD. I was charged $3 by TD bank for nothing more than looking at my account balance on an ATM screen. I repeat, unless you are a millionaire, there is no reason to use any TD Bank, much less one that is about 100 feet from a superior bank.

The manager was extremely rude and told me unless I had an account they could not give me a roll of quarters as they are for their customers only. Are you kidding me????? The professional thing would have been to grant my exchange and then nicely explain that in the future I would need to have an account not be extremely unprofessional.
