Focus is a sister credit union to one I have been a member of in California since I was in my early…read more20's... many moons ago, LOL. This branch of focus is very close to where we live in Washington Heights and they allow me to do almost all of the same type of banking as I would be able to at my home CU. The folks that work here are all very knowledgable and friendly. I've never had to wait in a line and the service is top notch. They have their own parking lot and there is also street parking both on 68 St. and Milwaukee Ave. My only gripe, and the reason for not giving them five stars, is their sole ATM, in the front of the building, outside, is VERY old and tired. The CRT screen is almost burnt out and very difficult to see/read when the sun is not shining on it. It is IMPOSSIBLE to see/read when the sun shines on it. I'm sure they are aware of it; time to get it replaced.
