I was told the appointment was for 1:00 so I came at one. I will give the employee's first name only Cassandra. She was not busy talking with the tellers. She said in a very nasty voice 'what can I do for you?' I said you called me. I have an appointment with you at one. She said she didn't have any appointments scheduled for one and again said what can I do for you in the same tone. She asked for my license and started scrolling through her appointments obviously not happy about me being there. By the time she found my name I was so upset by the way she was treating me that I said "I don't want to deal with you I will return to talk to someone else". She didn't apologize or even change her attitude so I got up and left. That was a week ago on January 17, 2024 and I still have not heard from anybody from the bank. I was going to send an email to the bank manager but there is no emails listed and no way to file a complaint.

When I arrived at the branch, I informed the staff of my purpose for visiting, and Corinne promptly recognized me, saying, "I spoke to you, come over here and I can assist you." David, the associate who aided in finalizing the process, was also very pleasant and well-informed. There was a delightful exchange of conversation among the three of us. In today's world, where online transactions are prevalent, one can never predict the experience of visiting a physical location. However, I can confidently say that this was a wonderful experience, and the assistance provided by these two employees made the process smooth and efficient.

I also recommend packing a lunch when you meet because for some reason, we were told of her divorce, children, father, how she invests her money and her travels.........I just wanted to buy CD's.........not write her biography.
