She lost two of her best employees this summer and she has brought in some weak new hires who are rude, I would even describe one as toxic. Training is an issue, attitudes are an issue, they still have three good tellers, but frankly i wouldn't be surprised if one or more decided to leave as well, the Wildwood branch is toxic environment right now. . . For me its rough, I love TD Bank, their hours, and locations are great, but I don't like rude people or incompetence, and I vote with my pocket book. I am going to try PNC bank, they have good reviews and a friendly staff. As for the Wildwood branch I hope you get your act together I had multiple bad experiences with you all this summer and have had enough. I do not have business with Crest Savings Bank nor have I ever used their Toll-Free: 800-647-9247 number. Be careful out there. On the last spoof of an account I ended up putting out an alert with all three credit bureaus. Don't yell at them. They are aware of the issue and were very nice and understanding. I paid him $200 to start the loan process, which I have done before with another company, however, there was no progress made. Instead, he would make excuses and blame his underwriter. When I called the underwriter directly, Ken, he told me they couldn't do the cash-out refinance loan due to COVID-19 current situation. Michael never told me this information. Instead, he just stringed me along wasting my time, as if there isn't a million over lenders I could have been working with! I wish I had gone elsewhere. First, their customer service is terrible. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone, and I never knew who was handling my account. That person kept changing. I never knew who to ask for. Occassionally I need to add, or subtract a driver to my policy. Apparently this is a monumental task for them. Phone calls were not working , so I would go to their office. They always gave me the same answer, "we will get back to you". They never did. For weeks I had to badger them. I even tried different offices. Second, my commercial truck insurance was high, but this is NJ , and it was a new policy, so I accepted it. After three years with no claims, I asked J Byrne Agency if they could get me a better rate. They said "no" claiming they had looked at other carriers. This year I am making some changes, and decided to speak to another broker. Very quickly I found that they are many thousands of dollars more expensive than another local agency, and that was only for the truck policy. If you are thinking of doing business with J Byrne, think again. Get some quotes from the competition. I wish I had done so sooner.
