Long story short, there was a fraud hold placed on my account that shouldn't have existed and he was able to figure out where, why, how and expressed the situation to the correct department to get the hold removed. I won't go into all the details of why it was more challenging, but the vendor was in another country so it got super weird. FINAL POINT: this guy is a hero for me!
