Once I find one such bank, I end up sticking with them and anytime I see a branch I will stop in there. This S&T sits at a busy intersection right outside Oakmont that shares it with a Sheetz. Pretty prominent and kind of sticks out when everything else around is a golf course and homes. Pretty easy to use ATM. Appreciated that it was situated under the overhang so that I didn't get wet because it was raining. All touchscreen, no envelopes.

We both have banked with PNC Bank for years so we chose them for our daughter as well. My daughter and I walked in and were greeted by the front desk person who asked if we needed to be helped. I then told her we were there to open an account for my daughter. She went and got Anita who walked us to her office, offered us water and told us about the different options we could chose. One nice thing is that our daughter is in high school so she qualifies for a free student account with no monthly fees. We decided to go with a Virtual Wallet account. It is linked to my account as well so I full access to her account and can go into her account and make transfers and was even given a separate debit card that I can use to deposit or withdraw money for her from her account. One thing I love about this particular location is that they can instantly make you a new debit card if you ever lose one or just need a replacement. Once my daughter's debit card was made Anita had her create a PIN to use it at the ATM and a log in and password to log in online. Once that was done Anita gave my daughter a $1.00 check to go out and deposit into the ATM. Once she got the hang of it we also deposited one of her pay checks. Anita was very patience and answered every question I had. I highly recommend PNC Bank and this branch for any banking needs you may have.

I sat for 20 minutes before the lady who finished with a customer went to lunch (must be nice) and I continued to wait to be seen. This was my worst PNC Bank experience for a branch that was not very busy at the time. My advice don't come during your lunch as they won't be helpful and you spend most of the time waiting unless you are seeing a teller.

When sought to correct, this bank escalated things to the police in order to prevent correction. This attempt failed from the bank with the police because they had no right to assign anyone to a power of attorney that was not requested to be included on a power of attorney. The result was the son getting barred from the bank for life because he asked why the bank did that. The bank had no sympathy for the family member and only took actions in their own interests. Such as banning the individual for life from the bank when the person asked why they did something that they are not allowed to do (unless banks can assign anyone to anything they like First Commonwealth Bank did..), This bank is getting away with whatever they want too. The assistant manager's name was Angie out of the Delmont branch and manager's name was Wendy. Also, general manager made a further decision to close all accounts including son's business account who banked with establishment without any issue for 11 years. My name is Michael Kokolis and this is all true. This bank and all of its corporate managers where aware of the events. This bank simply protected the bank by banning the son and took actions to the local police, Delmont Pennsylvania Police Station, when the son was just trying to simply find out why, how, and what gave them the right to act in the manner that they did. And after all the bank will not stop emailing the son, for over a year, offers to do business, when the son is banned from ever doing business with them. It's really sicking. This bank has proven to the son that they can do whatever they want to him, answer no questions, and still harass him with emails inviting him to do business with the bank that has banned him form ever doing business with... I accidentally left my dollar bank card in the atm machine at their branch. They called me the next…read moreday and said they had it and that I could come and get it. I told them I was out of town for work and they said that I could pick it up when I got back. When I go to pick it up THREE days later, the woman at the front desk said they destroyed it THAT morning because they couldn't keep them for more than 24 hours??? Do the math... that is more than 24 hours... Also, If I knew that it would be destroyed, I would have had a family member pick it up. You could have told me that.. Now I have to wait god knows how long to get a new card in the mail AND they charged me a fee for replacing the card THEY destroyed. Don't use this bank... they suck. The fees for larger banks are worth it... So unprofessional...

I came here on Monday 2/7. My brain was beyond frazzled after coming from a 5 hour meeting at my…read morework, but I had such a positive, stress free experience. I didn't make an appointment so when I walked in I was greeted and "got in line" on my phone using a QR code and texting system. I barely had to wait before I was able to sit down and address what I needed. Sometimes when I talk to people in finance they make me feel like an idiot for not having the same level of financial literacy they do. Mansplaining? Perhaps. Banker-splaining? Definitely. Not so with Kevin! He sat down with me and was down to earth, kind and answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly without making me feel stupid or rushed. Kevin patiently helped me not only select a credit card that fits just want I need, but printed a new slate grey debit card to replace my falling apart ugly orange one and switched my one account to a performance select account. I'm happy to know I'm making the most of my money. Because I had such a positive experience, I came back again to make sure a check that I mobile deposited went through. This is my home bank and I use it for work and personal. Staff is wonderful. I like walking up to the teller and seeing people in person. I don't want to be pushed towards technology or making deposits in a slot. Let me visit with someone and wait in line if I want to. I've noticed if a line gets long for tellers, a banker often jumps in to help which is great. Business bankers do a great job. I've done wire transfers several times, opened accounts and had questions ... they are always knowledgeable and help. Thank you!
