The worst service and the worse bank I have ever dealt with in my life. Their system is always down. I have used Zelle for years on a business account. The representative was so rude and beyond unhelpful. This is not the first or the last time. Their reviews speak for themselves. We keep transferring more $$$ from our old bank to CCB, because of their great service and because we earn more here. Amazing personal service from experienced professionals - and even the young bankers in training are well mentored by their senior colleagues. Went to use the ATM that is located next to the drive thru of CCB 280 So Arthur St., Pocatello, ID. I put my card in and requested $500. All seemed good as the screen kept saying transaction processing. About 4 minutes later still processing. A minute before this I received a notice on my phone app that $500 had been taken from my account. Still kept saying "transaction processing" then the screen said "Unable to complete transaction" and I had not received any money from ATM even though my phone app said the transaction was complete. Did not receive any sort of printed receipt or notice saying anything about this transaction. Went into CCB and asked the teller. She immediately said CCB did not service or have anything to do with the ATM. That I would have to contact my bank and go from there. She did not have any information about who owned or serviced the ATM. So, this ATM that appears to be a part of their financial institution is really just a rogue or derelict ATM someone has put in their 2nd lane of the drive thru that has nothing to do with CCB. As no one knew anything about this ATM I went and looked on the ATM itself. Copied the name on front of the ATM and phone number. Came home called and found out they do not own or service this ATM either. My confidence and trust in CCB is non-existent now. How is it possible to have no knowledge about a machine that looks very much like it is a part of their financial institution? Isn't that extremely short sighted, careless & negligent? Now, I am thinking that ATM has been passed around to various vendors, owners and service companies that someone may have purposely made illegal changes to scam people. I have filed a dispute with my bank and believe CCB should have some sort of liability as I was lulled into believing this ATM was safe as it was part of CCB. read more

I visited this bank to make a deposit into my landlords account. This was my first time doing this transaction, and I had been told that they accepted debit cards as a form of payment since I use a different bank. I was told at the counter that it was either cash or check, and that I could use the ATM in the corner for cash. This already was frustrating because I didn't expect a modern bank to not be able to accept a debit card. So I go to use the ATM and learn that there will be a $4 charge to make a transaction. Plus the maximum amount wasn't even enough to cover my rent payment, so I would be spending over $10 at this ATM each time I needed to pay rent. I went back in to the bank and talked to the girl behind the counter about this. She was very unsympathetic to my situation and just shrugged at my frustration. I've had my bank account with this institution for years and am very happy with their level of service and customer support. If there's a problem with your debit card you can go into the bank and get a new one on the spot. I've had multiple times that my account went negative and they helped me to resolve the issue and refunded the overdraft fees. I'm very impressed with this bank and plan to stay with them for a long time. read more
