When I first opened my account they have me a card that would not tap. I was informed I'd have to purchase another card. Even though the card was brand new. We applied for a loan for a car. That manager was awesome! You know who you are! However we ended up going through a different institution because the loan took several days for a response. We had decided to go with this bank for convenience because we live in Preston. It was nothing but a disaster and total INCONVENIENCE! I would highly recommend NEVER going to this branch!

Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. Despite both of us having 700+ credit scores, strong financials, and a solid payment history, we were repeatedly met with delays, vague excuses, and ultimately denied meaningful support. They pulled our credit but offered no real solutions or transparency. If you're a small business owner in Pocatello looking for personalized service, I highly recommend working with a local bank that values relationships--not just numbers.
