I was looking forward to this visit thinking back on how much I enjoyed the last. This visit did not disappoint, in fact I made a double appointment and they scheduled my Mom in so we could go together and both see Dr. Kirar. (My Mom loved him and her visit as well) I refer everyone I know to Dr. Kirar at Vision Source because he is a Phenomenal Eye Doctor. He is not only patient, caring, concerned, thorough, has a great personality, supportive, reassuring, but he is really educated in his field. He is also easy on the eyes :) I always appreciate when he answers all of my questions, I get nervous when it comes to my eyes and he educated me and eliminated my unnecessary worries. I also like his staff a lot, shout out to Lilly and Kaley! Whoop Whoop! The NEW building location is beautiful and has the best selection of eye glasses I have EVER seen. I picked up a sweet pair of COACH glass frames, Score! Unfortunately, I won't see them again until next year but I will be looking forward to it. Dr. Kirar and Staff Rock!

Mine were magically found in a box when I showed up personally to question them. As far as the glasses are concerned they're perfectly fine, but I won't be going back.

I contacted Better Business bureau with my issue and she returned a reply and she lied about many things they don't even document what they do and she doesn't know anything about what was done in the dental chair to me! She's got all the details screwed up! And then she claims that I lied -unbelievable! I actually like Dr Goodman and he tried to communicate with his lab man over in Jumps Dental practice where he has a lab in the basement and he States he's done thousands of dentures for Mr Goodman but he sure did an injustice on mine and then they tried to tell me that they couldn't make me happy-imagine that! that's their go-to statement nowadays well you can't please her really? And then miss S lied about how many appointments I'd had for a try-in I will never ever set foot in the place again & I will tell everybody I know here about their service! They've managed to scrape up enough money to build a new office so I guess they're doing pretty good out there aren't they? Now I have a denture that's sitting in the plastic cup in the bathroom that I'm not able to wear and I paid $1,000 or a little more for it! I wish I had my money back and I could go elsewhere but I'm a senior adult and I saved that money over a year to pay them but do they care? no! What a disgrace!

Her amounts kept changing. She finally said the insurance company said it was a glitch in their system. But that's not true. She told me that Dr G was not a PPO so Dr H could not be. Also a lie. Each Dr. Has to apply seperately. At the time I write this they still have not seated a crown. And they still owe me a refund. She, her name is Susan, said I refused to come in for the crown seat. She said "all of our calls are recorded" good, I want to hear a recording that I refused and appt. She changed her story to, it as in an email. I have never refused to come in. In fact, the last time I called, before today, I said, I still have not gotten my refund and I need to get scheduled for the crown. They never called me back. Then today she told me she can't do the refund without the credit card. Well, I have been an office manager, any good office manager would have picked up the phone when ready to issue the refund and tell the patient they need card info. Instead, she tells me it's common sense that they don't keep the card info and I needed to bring the card in. Susan is full of misinformation. So beware. She even tried to tell me that the insurance company changed the rates they pay claims at. They are on a contract with the insurance company and neither of them can just change the rates they pay. I would never recommend this office.

In February same thing, given the same reason about credentials and they rescheduled me again for March. Same thing happened in March once again my appointment was cancelled for " credentials ". I explained I was running out of contacts. Woman I spoke to said come by and get a free sample pair. When I got there was refused the free pair because my prescription by that time had expired. Was told she'd ask the doctor & give me a phone call. Never heard back. Ended up going elsewhere for my eye exam and contacts.

The place is very clean and the staff is incredible. I was told this is the best dentist in town when I moved here and so far Dr. Gonzales has proven this is true. A little more costly than other dentists in town (at least that is what I was told) but if you want reliable comprehensive care you can trust then this is the place to go.
