The coffee is nice - I tried the cappuccino which I got with a croissant for €2.75 as part of their breakfast deal. This opened on the 20th September. It is a new business here with lots of friendly staff and fresh hot ham and cheese or chorizo and cheese (which I will try next time) toasties. I took a photo of the guy bringing them straight from the oven to prove they are fresh - they smelt so good!

Found it a bit pricey, though but its OK for the location and quality.
