    We called for my nephew's house lockout, and they said they would be with us in 25 minutes. They arrived in 20 minutes, got to work, and solved our problem. The person who responded was polite, friendly, and professional. The cost was market appropriate and reasonable for the work. We highly recommend.

    Back door, deadbolt & knob lock.

The very next day I paid my lender in full, and the loan was officially reinstated. I was told the vehicle was authorized for release. However, Auto Savers Towing and Recovery denied release repeatedly, demanded cash-only payment, refused to provide a written itemized invoice, and changed their fee amounts without explanation. During one visit, I was told I could not recover my car unless I signed a liability waiver. When I attempted to document the interaction for my own protection, the staff refused service entirely. I had cash in hand and followed every instruction but was still denied release. What makes this worse is what happened next: after they were served with legal documents in my civil case, my vehicle was moved--without my knowledge--to an auction yard roughly three hours away. My lender later confirmed this relocation. This occurred despite my loan being reinstated and despite ongoing legal proceedings regarding the release of the vehicle. As a 100% disabled Marine Corps veteran, losing access to my only transportation has caused extreme hardship, missed work, financial damage, and emotional stress. This review is composed of factual, documented events supported by texts, emails, payment confirmations, and recorded communications.

My car is on its last legs, so I know they can't fix everything. Interesting part is they charged me $220+ (that's after they refunded $80) and I had to take it to another place only for them to tell me I need an alignment and rotation and balance. They will say that it was all labor, the only work they did which is questionable is they supposedly replace my emergency break. Where are the parts they took off my car, they never even offered to show them to me.

When I walked in, I expected a professional and welcoming environment. Instead, I was met with an attitude that made me feel as though my questions were an inconvenience. The young employee behind the counter seemed far more interested in his cell phone than engaging with a customer who was simply seeking clarification about services provided. Rather than taking the time to answer questions courteously, his demeanor came across as dismissive and uninterested. What stood out most was the contrast between the level of customer service I expected and what I experienced. A customer should never feel like they are bothering staff by asking reasonable questions about work they have paid for. Professionalism, communication, and respect are just as important as the work being performed, and unfortunately those qualities were lacking during my visit. I also couldn't help but notice that the shop appeared much quieter than I remember it being in years past. Seeing employees sitting in the bays and on their phones while receiving such a cold reception only reinforced my impression that customer service is no longer a priority. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. A more welcoming attitude and a greater focus on customer interactions would go a long way toward improving the overall experience.
