She stated that she was the shift manager and the man to her right was the store manager, I said yes I would like to speak with him. Long story short, the STORE manager was able to help me out and complete the return successfully with the money back on my original form of payment.

Who knew Clearasil was such a hot commodity. I was about to give up and change my skincare routine, until I stopped here. I will say, I have bypassed this location so many times because of how sketchy it looks from outside. I mean, it's a place, that if it were more pedestrian friendly, would give you the notion that it was an easy place to rob or steal from. It is so odd looking, a suburban, mall adjacent CVS with a parking lot lower than the store and you have to take stares or walk halfway down the store to use the ramp. I knew coming here I was probably not going to find the item. And if I did, it was going to be more expensive than competitors since it is technically a pharmacy. One of those two things were true, and my wallet can tell you which one. Yes, finally had the item, but definitely spent almost twice as much for it. Before heading to the register I did a once over to see if there was anything else that I wanted to grab. There was, with my hand full I finally made my way to the front. What a mess this is here. With the combination of customers not knowing what to do, not enough employees in the store working, and those employees that are in the store are way overworked to the point they can't focus on the register because they are putting out customer fires. To say that checking out was a nightmare would be an understatement. With customer's not being able to read signs, people wanting to use cash or get cash back had both the self serve registers messed up. The sole employee trying to be customers cashed out would have to run from his post at the register to the self serve registers to have those customers come to the register to solve their problems. That line went as fast as prolonged street light. Lord, watching the sole employee juggle the chaos was amazing. That man needs a raise, but we know CVS won't do that. I finally got to a self serve register, no help needed because I read the sign first. Rang out and was finally out the door, down the steps, and back in my vehicle.

This was such an interesting CVS - it was well stocked and orderly but had a distinct 'seen some…read morethings' vibe. While the service was helpful, they had no baskets (with no other customers in the store) and only one cart. I've recently been finding my makeup (slowly being discontinued by Loreal and Revlon) in some of these older pharmacies so I bought them out, along with some snacks for the road. A few neutrals were that the set of doors near the parking area don't work or are kept locked, and the self checkout bags have no handles. Beyond that the experience was pleasant and I found them to have everything I needed. All in all, not a bad CVS.

This Giant Food has a quite a variety of various types of food products. During my two visits, I was able to find everything that I needed (and a few things that I did not need). Also, and probably most important for me, the produce and meat sections were very clean (yes, I've repeated myself) with fresh products. I thought the prices were pretty on par with other grocery stores in the area. Actually, the prices might be a bit better because the quality of food is a bit superior to other supermarkets in the area. Also, this supermarket is quite large, which is important to me because I hate feeling claustrophobic in a store. The location is quite convenient because it located in a shopping center that has a Target, Kohls, Petsmart, and a few other businesses.

Karter's Medical Supply is the best! We were in town for only a few days to visit the museums. Two…read morepeople in our 4 person party were 80 and 86 years old. To assist with mobility, a friend had suggested we rent scooters rather than relying on the wheelchairs that might or might not be available at the various museums. We called Karters and they said they would deliver the scooters wherever we wanted and at whatever time! Everything was confirmed via email and they more than delivered on their promise! We changed our time (perhaps twice) and Karters was flexible and fully accomodating. Tony met us on time at our selected museum and gave a quick tutorial (the seniors had never used a scooter) on the spot. The scooters were fresh, clean and ready to roll. By the end of the day, the seniors so much enjoyed the freedom and comfort provided by the scooters that they decided they wanted them a 2nd day! We called and scheduled and did everything again day two - even riding the mall that day! (Of course we changed the pick up time 2 or 3 times.) Karters NEVER said "no" to any of our requests and served us like they were taking care of family members. Because of the ease of our visit, the seniors have agreed that we can and should do it all over again! I really cannot fully express how pleased I am with this company.

Just wasn't a fan that there isn't any type of communication like an email, phone call, or text notifying you because I would have liked to have picked them up closer to the first hour mark.
