The bank (small local bank) requested a second independent assessment which is when I was referred to Premium Appraisal by my agent. These guys came up with a completely different, yet creative approach to appraise the property. The method was fully realistic and not just based on comps. They equally factored in other parameters within an acceptable framework that made sense to the bank's underwriter. I have and will definitely recommend these guys to friends and family. Many (15+) people "found" the address of this sale the NIGHT before and signed up before the address was released to the public. At least 15 names were on the list by the time anyone arrived at 6 am (when the address was released). Then when they opened the door for the sale they picked up the unofficial (in my opinion illicit) list and began calling names from it. This being the list that started before the public was even given the address. I'll let you draw your own conclusions about why this would happen but none of the conclusions bode well for Donnelly in my mind.
