The process is simple and expectations are clear, there is a designated pick up time and place - they expect you to come in and pick up your items. On pick up day my baby granddaughter was sick. Since I only had one ring to have inspected I was able to come in, sit with him for a half an hour while he worked and leave with it the same day. He gave me some great information about what to look for in future purchases which gave me peace of mind.
