First stop for coffee this morning and it was a great one. Located in a strip mall just off the highway, they're open super early and that's what I need. I'm trying hard to stick to Eastern Time on my travels so a coffee shop that's open at 5:30am Mountain is a boon! I was here with my coffee and a pastry for about two hours. They have a good variety of breakfast sandwiches and breads. My husband got the pumpkin bread and they use Styrofoam containers and I'm not a big fan of that. There are better options available. The bread so super sweet. Ordered an XL iced vanilla latte before hopping back on the road for a long drive to St Cloud. I'm not sure what I ended up with but it certainly wasn't an iced vanilla latte. We also ordered a sausage burrito and sausage egg and cheese bagel sandwich. The bagel sandwich was so bad my husband could t eat it. I ate the burrito but it certainly wasn't worth paying for. We stopped here because it was the only coffee stop open near our hotel. This is the 2nd time we've been to a city Brew. The first time we stood at the counter for 15" in Great Falls without as much as being acknowledged with a hi by the 2 girls working. They just looked at us a few times while they worked on drive through orders so we left. I'll stick to Caribou and local kiosks or skip coffee before going to another City Brew. read more

The hours they have posted say they open at 5:30am Monday- Friday. However tried to got at 6:30 am on a Monday and they were fully closed.

The drinks were well made, I was really looking forward to the food. I ordered the bacon ciabatta breakfast sandwich. When I got it I took the top bun off and one piece of thin bacon and egg. If I wanted a bun with egg I would have ordered that. read more

I just went to go get two shots of espresso and was charged $4.57 for two shots of espresso! This is absolutely ridiculous and such an incredible rip off. I did not ask for any extras or anything just the plain two shots of espresso. I feel really bad checking out through the drive-through without giving any tip but honestly you're coffee is not even affordable enough to want to give your employees the change. read more

Honestly I have gone to this coffee shop a lot lately in the past few months and I normally don't write reviews but these past few weeks has been terrible I understand when you are short staffed but when I'm the only one in the drive through and they still get my order wrong it's a little irritating. When I'm sitting in the drive through while they are out smoking by the garbage cans and having to wait for them to get back inside just to be acknowledged. Very tasty lattes, which is perhaps the most important criteria when judging a coffee shop. Also had a ham & cheese croissant sandwich, which was warmed, soft and buttery. We live in Watford City, but every time we hit I-94 I have to hit the city brew for a delicious Mocha Frappe. Best coffee in North Dakota or Montana. People are always friendly and my drink is always delicious! I always get a pound of beans ground so I can drink it when I get home. Backroads Blend is great if you like medium roast. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try. read more

This is my new go to for coffee in Dickinson. Super friendly, they make my Almond Milk latte just how I like it, and they're always excited to see my dog and they know her name as they have her treat ready. The coffee is great, but the service is amazing! The entire staff is friendly and I've never gone inside too see anyone who doesn't look or act like they don't enjoy what they do! They treat every customer like they are important. And they are fast! The interior is very cozy and clean. Even the drive-up is always a good experience!
