While the funds were eventually returned, the process required unnecessary escalation and significant effort.

I needed the work done pretty much immediately to satisfy the buyer on the home I am selling with closing coming up in a week. Nick was up front and told me he wasn't sure if they would be able to get it finished in time. That is the only reason I didn't move forward with using them. I would not hesitate to call them in the future about future roofing needs.

January 13th 2026 David Keller showed up soliciting at our gate, I guess he had some left over…read morematerials from another job site that he was trying to sell off so he gave my neighbor and I a good deal on the crushed asphalt. He laid most of it and next day came back to finish the job. As my driveway was mostly sugar sand and we have a bit of a hill on it, I asked him TWICE whether we needed to do any drainage (since we didn't even do any base or rocks before laying the asphalt) He assured me it would be fine, that I "just needed to drive on it to compact it". Sure enough, 3 weeks later the first heavy rain eroded the driveway creating huge ruts on the crushed asphalt. When I called David to ask him to come back so he could assess the damage and we could come up with a plan he said he'd come by "next Friday or Saturday" and has been ghosting me since. So much for the "deal", lesson learned I suppose!
