We signed a contract with this company to repair our outdoor lighting after the May 16th tornado…read more Unfortunately, it has been a comedy of errors over the past few months and the issue is still unresolved. Despite multiple notices to pay an outstanding balance, our outdoor lighting still doesn't work. The company essentially installed an entirely new system, leaving our old lighting in disarray. While I was initially fine with this, the new system has never functioned properly. I've worked with Adam and have asked him seven times to come out and fix the problem, but there has been no resolution. At this point, I'm exhausted and simply want the product removed--I certainly don't want to pay $3,000 for something that doesn't work. I've also requested to speak with the owner but have yet to receive a call. Please be cautious if you're considering this company for your lighting needs. Ironically, their fencing division was fantastic--they repaired our fence perfectly with no issues.
