Great delivery service...I remember when City Cheetah started and the only option was Little Caesars pizza. Now there are many more choices. What a convenience for those of us in the South Riding 'burbs when we are too lazy to go out on our own. Ordering was a breeze and food was delivered hot and within the given timeframe (45 minutes on the day I ordered) by a friendly driver. Delivery fees were not too steep. We used to use them regularly, but the service started to go down hill. Tonight we got a call that our food would be 15-20 mins late because the restaurant was busy. It's 8 mins away from us, we order from there and pick it up ourselves often, and know they are super quick. I called the restaurant, they said they were not busy and that our order left 25 mins ago. Which means a total of 35-40 mins our food would be out of the restaurant, who knows where. We called to find out what was going on, speak to a manager, get an explination and a refund/discount. Finally they told us they lied, they were short on drivers, and only offered to refund us $10. For the surcharges you pay on the food in ADDITION to the delivery charge and the tip, it's insane there isn't better customer service than this. We wont use again. read more

First time using City Cheetah and unfortunately was the worst mistake ever!! Ordered a special item off a menu per usual put a note for the restaurant and also spoke with the restaurant and city cheetahs system failed to deliver the message, I received the wrong food and wasn't allowed a refund. It was extra late and the restaurant closed so I couldn't order a replacement. Very unprofessional company!!! Never had this issue with grubhub or DoorDash. Avoid this company at all cost or you will surely regret it!!! read more

I like the option of food delivery from various restaurants, but the prices they charge don't match the prices at the restaurant. They are marked up sometimes 50-75% from the menu price in addition to the often outrageous delivery charge. I don't know if any of these partnered restaurants are aware that they mark up their menu items, but I know plenty of customers who have sworn them off due to this reason alone. When I inquired about it, I wasn't given any explanation as to why. Coincidentally I have received coupon after coupon since my complaint. Take that as you will. Highly disappointed in what could otherwise be an amazing service. read more

Ok, so we found out about this from one of those ads people stick in your door. We wanted to order something from Bonchon, and since it was advertising free delivery with the coupon code on the front we thought we might as well. We chose our things, and it added up to a reasonable price on the menu handout. So, we ended up putting things into the checkout without realizing how jacked up the prices were from what was on the ad. After we completed our order we saw how different the prices on the online store when compared to the handout. It was $20 higher than what we added when looking at the handout. This is a terrible service, before ordering your food be sure to look at the prices compared to the original store's menu. read more

Unfortunately, City Cheetah continues to fail with the most unreliable delivery service imaginable. I use them regularly but this is my very last time after another epic fail. Ordered breakfast and they estimated one hour for delivery. After an hour and fifteen minutes, the driver still hasn't shown up at the restaurant. And the food itself isn't ordered until the drive shows up. This will likely be a two hour time from order till delivery. If this were the first time, I'd probably overlook but after so many times, it's my own fault for believing this would change. Insult to injury, they are not the least bit apologetic. I suggest that if you plan on ordering, give yourself upwards of two hours and don't believe their time estimates. read more

First time using City Cheetah. We're teachers, and only get 30 minutes for lunch. No time to run to restaurants and pick up food, so it's great to have a delivery option from restaurants other than pizza, subs, Chinese (not that we don't like these!).Food was delivered on time, hot/cold as it was supposed to be. read more

Placed my first order with City Cheetah and it did not disappoint! My ordered arrived in just under an hour, quicker than the estimate I was given, and the food was hot and fresh. They email you updates once you place your order to keep you informed on the status of it, then your driver texts you when they have picked it up and are on their way to you. You even get another text when they are a couple minutes away. Would highly recommend and am looking forward to trying them again soon. read more

Love these guys! Place your order and watch it get processed on your app! They text you when they are on the way! They even double checked an order for me to make sure there was no shellfish in it! read more
