When I they arrive at my house they called me in which I informed them I was out of town for the weekend (which is why the date for delivery was requested) they proceeded to leave them for me. I arrived home to find the vase broken on my porch and flowers dead. I called and spoke with the owner who was very rude-complained that she spent more money the people who ordered the flowers paid (not my problem you priced them) . Horrible rude service! Even the owner doesn't understand they messed up and how to handle customer service. Stay Away from this place!

From the moment Teressia (pronounced Theresa) picked up the phone, I knew that I could count on her service. She was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. I gave her a description of what I was looking for and asked her an opinion between a memorial basket and an urn. She was very honest and told me that at the price point I was looking at I could get a very beautiful basket. She told me that if I wanted to spend more there were more expensive arrangements, but assured me that the basket would be a good choice. I trusted Theresa's opinion and ordered a large memorial basket with lilies, roses, larkspurs and filler. Just as promised she sent me a picture of the basket by cell phone when it was done. The flowers were simple and classy, in a traditional way to fit with my grandmother's background and lifestyle. This arrangement was much prettier than any I had ordered in the past by phone at the same price point and was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. I was thrilled with Jimtown Florist's service, and in the future, I will always try local first. You won't be disappointed with Jimtown Florist, they are fabulous!

(See pic) When I called the next day, the owner, Jerry said he received a delivery but was not happy with the look of the larger Cyclamen and would not send something he did not approve. What we received was less than satisfactory. It included six yellow roses, 1 hydrangea flower, and a few sprigs of Asiatic Lilly but the majority of the arrangement consisted of daisies and carnations. When I called regarding the quality/quantity, I was told that the value of the flowers totaled $175 and due to the timing (Valentine's Day) flowers were just more expensive. I'm sorry that their suppliers charge them so much money for very common flowers and then they have to pass that onto their unsuspecting customers. I would have been better off using a vase I had at home and stopping at the grocery store to purchase my flowers.
