I had ordered Sunny Cyclamen plant for my dear friend who has lost her beloved dog (Catahoula). After almost a decade of happiness my friend was devasted and heartbroken. At first, though I was a little sad because what was delivered, although very gorgeous, were tulips. (See pic) When I called the next day, the owner, Jerry said he received a delivery but was not happy with the look of the larger Cyclamen and would not send something he did not approve. He offered to send 2 smaller Cyclamen to my friend at no additional cost and this is why I am giving the business a 5 instead of a 4 because the way Jerry treated my concern tells me that customer satisfaction is the most important thing to him. I will definitely use this business again for local deliveries in the Cookeville area Rhoda M.
