Prior to seeing Dr. Dana, I experience debilitating back pain sporadically for 4 years (it started when I moved to Chicago). After seeing Dana for about 6 months, my back pain disappeared, and I continued to go to his practice to ensure it wouldn't return (I would still occasionally have knots in my shoulders that he would be able to get out). Dr. Dana's practice is really a holistic practice dedicated to healthy living. I once had a foot injury, which Dana was able to help with. After getting a concussion from a ski incident, Dana was also able to assist with the repercussions of my whiplash by doing work on my neck. Dr. Dana is also a vegan athlete which speaks a lot to his healthy outlook. In comparison to other chiropractors, Dana focuses more on tissue work than adjustments, which I appreciate. When you get to the website it is unclear where the waiver is you have to scroll through several unrelated things about buying more things from them such as t shirt or a pancake breakfast that have nothing to do with a waiver. When you get to the portion where you can sign the waiver, they will not let you process the signing of the waiver to the next step because you are missing some document, but it is unclear where that missing document is

After baby #1 I tried to get back into my work out routine line nothing happened and ended up in a world of hurt. For baby #2 I signed up for the "From the Core" program and glad I did. I was amazed at the difference I saw in strength in just 5 weeks and how it effected even small things like my posture and overall comfort. It was great to have a reason to get out of the house and to meet other mom's with baby's around my age. Hands down the best thing I did for myself after having my second child.

I enjoyed strengthening my core and whole body without working out too aggressively and risking injury post-baby. You learn a variety of exercises during each class and all of them can be scaled and done at home - you get print outs with all of the exercises. Coach C is awesome, very motivating and has a wealth of knowledge and expertise about fitness, nutrition and overall wellbeing. It was reassuring to workout under her guidance as she provided helpful tips to correct form and posture. There really isn't anything that compares to this class if you want to get stronger and more fit after giving birth.
