It's been awhile since I've been in here. I had been to them a few times in the past and had always asked for a Shellac manicure and was happy enough with the result. However, the last time I went in, I watched the lady pour the used acetone back into the bottle (that she had just used to soak off my previous Shellac). I presume it was so it could be reused, but I'm not sure. Regardless, I was almost sick! No way I'll ever go back there again! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON! They were horrible! I asked for a simple manicure and firstly, they ordered me to take off my own nail polish ... I have had probably 100 manicures in my life, at 15 different salons, and never have I ever have I been asked to remove my own nail polish - this is part of the service! After this, the lady talked on the phone in a different language yelling and shouting, while holding my hands and scraping the top layer of my nail off. She only painted on one coat, and one shiny coat ... I asked her to paint on another layer of the polish and she huffed! Bad attitude to say the least!! One day later, the polish is scratched and chipped ... definitely not O.P.I. quality! She did not get off the phone until it was time for me to pay! She then took five whole minutes to give me my change. Wall paper and paint are falling off, there is nail polish on the walls, and the room is falling apart ... Horrible experience, and definitely not relaxing at all! This salon should close. read more

Worst nail experience Ive ever had. Ran 20 minutes late, garbage everywhere in the store, not hygenic... should have left before starting. Nails looked awful & came off within a day! Do not recommend. read more

By far the worst nail salon I have ever visited. She completely rushed through the job, there were parts of my nail not even covered in the shellac polish, and the rest was all over my skin and cuticles. She was about to let me go when I pointed out to her that there was polish all over my skin so she proceeded to buff the polish off my skin with the electric tool! She had the woman beside me remove her own gel polish by herself. Never have I ever experienced such sub-par and unprofessional service. read more

I went in as I needed a gel nail fill and wanted a pedicure. The pedicure was serviceable, although not very thorough or relaxing. It got worse. The gel nail fill was really really badly done. The nails were poorly shaped, the gel medium went up the sides and onto my fingers, she never pulled all the shavings out from under the nails. Basically I went home and spent half an hour cleaning them up and fixing them myself. Worst of all was the attitude towards me when I pointed out some rather large issues... like the fact that the polish did not cover the nail... that she cleaned the nails before they were dry and things smeared, cracked and moved... that the nails were still sticky when she said they were done... I could go on. Sadly they are a very sub-par place to get your nails done. I will try somewhere else in Stratford next time for sure. read more
